## About Tacey
Post-purchase order editing app, order merge, upsell app for Shopify Tacey fixes Shopify orders after checkout, before they ship. Most order problems are known within minutes of payment, and almost none of them reach the merchant in time. The address has a typo. The size is wrong. They meant to order two. The same customer placed a second order ten minutes later. Today each of those becomes an email, a support ticket, a reprint, or a parcel that ships to the wrong door and comes back. Tacey closes that gap on four fronts. Order editing. Inside a window the merchant sets, the customer corrects their own shipping address, swaps a variant, changes a quantity, adds or removes an item, applies a discount the merchant allows, or cancels outright. It happens on the page Shopify already shows them after checkout, with no new login and nothing installed on the theme. Address validation. Every address is checked as the order lands, then corrected automatically, flagged for the customer, or honestly marked unchecked. A bad address is caught while it is still cheap to fix. Pre-ship reminders. The customer is brought back while the window is still open, in their own language, to see the order one last time before it moves. Order merge. When one customer places two paid orders, the merchant combines them into a single shipment. The absorbed order is cancelled with no refund, the surviving order takes no new charge, and both original payments stand. Merchants can also run a post-purchase upsell on the same page, while the box is still open. A failed delivery is not just a shipping problem. It is a support problem, a refund problem, and a trust problem. Tacey solves it before it starts.
