Megan, thank you for your review! It’s great to see that your firm is making full use of so many of the software's features, particularly the flexible billing templates and the support assistance available when needed. I’ve submitted an enhancement request on your behalf regarding the Renumber Timekeepers feature.

Since your firm is not currently using Tabs3 Cloud, I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight some of the benefits of switching from on-premises to Tabs3 Cloud. While it offers the same features and functionality, it has more flexible and scalable pricing based on Active User licenses. And it provides seamless access to your data from anywhere. Additionally, it comes with enhanced support and automatic updates, helping your team get the latest features without the need for manual installations.

If you’d like more details about how Tabs3 Cloud could benefit your firm, please contact our Sales team at 402.419.2200.

Thanks again for your review!

"TABS is a great billing program for small or midsized firms."

5/5

What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

I like the simplicity for my attorneys. It makes it more likely they will use it daily and keep their time more accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs3 Software?

It can be confusing to learn what each report actually is telling you. You have to understand what information they are using to come up with that report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jay Crosier of Tabs3 Software

edit

Meichell, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are glad that the attorneys find the entry screens easy to use, as submitting entries timely also means that the billing cycle is completed timely as well!

A great resource for discovering the purpose of the reports and the type of output they provide is the online help topics, which are launched through the blue question mark icon in the menu. When you are on a report you have a question about, try using this resource; the first paragraph explains the report in more detail.

Thanks again for your kind words!

"Best software since pop corn"

5/5

What do you like best about Tabs3 Software?

Support. The gold standard for software support. If all other software companies had support like Tabs3Software you would never see or hear people complaining about software. You call Tabs3Software, they are there with an answer. Otherwise they will call you back in less than 10 minutes. Unlike other companies that let the phone ring, put you on hold listening to elevator music and do not have a clue what you are talking about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs3 Software?

No downsides. I have used this product for over 40 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ken, thank you for submitting your review and for being a longtime client. We believe that our Support Team is the best in the legal market, and it looks like you do too! Thanks again for your kind words!
