There are several pricing tiers and options that make signing up a breeze. It was super easy to configure and their support is top notch. **What do you dislike about T-Systems?** The main downside is speeds. Sometimes it can be slow to upload/download our data. We typically do not store bigger files there because we do not want to have to wait for the files to be accessible. **Recommendations to others considering T-Systems:** Look at other cloud services before choosing what is best for you. The team is very much helpful and they try to met all your needs as they are highly technical and sound. They really understand the needs of the customer. Always had a well thought out technological suggestion and if their team didn't have an answer in the room, they engaged one of their implementation experts to provide a detailed description. **What do you dislike about T-Systems?** Some language barriers with their international project managers but we managed through it and the final deliverables were on-time and at budget. **Recommendations to others considering T-Systems:** Really understand both your environment and your vision for the final product.
