**What do you like best about T/DG Helpdesk?**

It's a big organisation which provides a broad range of information technology services. Also has a office in my home country India. ( Office in Pune, Maharashtra).

**What do you dislike about T/DG Helpdesk?**

Just need a upgrade for the upcoming free AI technologies so that it can stand out in front of it's giant competitors, specifically in field of corporate compliance and legecy migration.

**What problems is T/DG Helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data asset management and analysing, connecting to multiple business solutions/ system and units, also managing deep content with building audience royality. It all helps in more customer friendly approach.

what I like best about the T/DG helpdesk is there ticketing system works better than other helpdesk ticketing systems that I have used in the past and they have cool graphics

**What do you dislike about T/DG Helpdesk?**

The one thing I dislike about the T/DG Helpdesk is their name is very confusing it does not stand out very well and will leave everyone asking the same question what is T/DG

**What problems is T/DG Helpdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

T/DG what problem were they solving for use is the help desking ticking system for users to fill out a help ticket to have service contract to look in to problems they might be haveing

It is easy to use and under, arrange your calendar events so you hardly miss a meeting or event.

Nothing really, other than it has too many features

Helping me arrange my and align my meetings so I don't miss out on any of them.
