Evoke Reviews & Product Details

Evoke is a configurable, secure SaaS platform designed specifically for regulatory agencies to manage the full lifecycle of licensing, permitting, enforcement, and compliance. Built by System Automation, a GovTech company with over three decades of experience serving more than 500 agencies across the United States, Evoke enables public sector organizations to digitize their regulatory operations, reduce manual workloads, and improve the citizen experience. This cloud-native platform includes integrated tools for workflow automation, inspections, case management, online self-service portals, secure document handling, real-time reporting, and API integrations. Its low-code application framework empowers agencies to quickly adapt to new regulations and evolving business requirements—without relying on custom development or costly vendor support. Evoke is purpose-built for government, not retrofitted from generic CRM or ERP platforms. It delivers out-of-the-box functionality tailored to the specific needs of licensing boards, regulatory bodies, and enforcement agencies. In addition to the software itself, System Automation offers Evoke Application Administration Services — providing clients with a dedicated support team responsible for configuration changes, system updates, ticket resolution, and ongoing business process support. This helps agencies maintain their system without overburdening internal resources.
