**What do you like best about Infer?**

I like how Infer feels like a practical AI teammate rather than just a tool. The AI voice agents handle conversations naturally, integrate seamlessly with our workflows, and smartly determine when to escalate a task to a human, making the automation process reliable. It's a great help in reducing repetitive work while keeping a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Additionally, I appreciate how easy it is to experiment with different artistic styles and iterate on ideas with features like image editing and inpainting, without having to start from scratch each time. The interface remains approachable even when utilizing advanced AI capabilities. The initial setup of Infer was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

One area that could be improved is providing more visibility into how the AI reaches its decisions and when it chooses to escalate a conversation to a human agent. I'd also like to see more customization for conversation flows, richer analytics on agent performance, and broader integrations with CRM and help desk platforms so it's easier to tailor the experience to different business workflows while maintaining consistent AI behavior.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Infer to automate customer support, reducing response times and workload on human agents. It provides fast, consistent support, handling routine inquiries and offering real-time guidance. It integrates with workflows, improving efficiency without sacrificing quality.

  ### 2. Catches Bugs Early and Boosts Code Reliability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**G2 Icon:** Our network of Icons are G2 members who are recognized for their outstanding contributions and commitment to helping others through their expertise.

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Infer?**

What I like most about Infer is its ability to automatically detect potential bugs and code quality issues before they reach production. It integrates well into the development workflow, provides actionable feedback, and helps developers catch problems early, reducing debugging time and improving overall code reliability.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

One area where Infer could be improved is the quality of its bug reports. Some findings can be difficult to interpret, especially for less experienced developers, and false positives occasionally require manual investigation. The initial setup and configuration can also be complex for larger projects, and broader language support and more detailed documentation would make the tool easier to adopt and use effectively.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infer helps identify potential bugs, memory leaks, null pointer exceptions, and other code quality issues before the software is deployed. By catching these issues early in the development cycle, it reduces debugging time, improves code reliability, and helps prevent production incidents. This allows me to focus more on developing features rather than fixing avoidable bugs, leading to a more efficient development process and higher-quality software.

  ### 3. Conversational AI Excellence, Quick and Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash R. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Infer?**

I like Infer's conversational experience, which allows me to ask broad questions and follow-up naturally to refine what I'm looking for without restarting my search process. The quick response time is also a big plus, making it convenient for everyday research. I appreciate how I can build on previous responses without repeating all the context, especially when exploring unfamiliar topics. The setup process was easy, and I got comfortable with the basic workflow quickly.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

One thing that could be improved is the accuracy and consistency of responses when questions are very specific or require detailed context. Sometimes I need to rephrase a question or ask a follow-up to get the exact information I'm looking for. More reliable answers and clearer source context would make the chatbot more useful for research and work-related questions. I'd also like to see better handling of longer conversations and more detailed context, so the chatbot can maintain the important points from earlier messages more consistently. It would help to have stronger clarification when a question is ambiguous, along with clearer indications of uncertainty or supporting sources.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Infer as an AI chatbot for quick answers and brainstorming, saving time by simplifying research and routine tasks. Its conversational approach and quick responses let me refine my search without starting over, making it highly convenient for everyday queries.

  ### 4. Data-Driven Sales Insights with Lead Prioritization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Infer?**

I like Infer's lead and account scoring, which gives the sales team a quick way to identify which opportunities deserve attention, saving us from going through the entire pipeline manually. The predictive insights and forecasting support are also useful during weekly pipeline reviews as they provide an additional data point beyond the salesperson's own judgment. This has helped us prioritize leads and make our sales pipeline more predictable, focusing on accounts more likely to convert.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

The main area for improvement is data quality and setup. The scoring is only as useful as the customer and pipeline data being fed into it, so inconsistent or outdated CRM data can affect the results. I'd also like more flexibility in customizing scoring models and dashboards for different sales teams.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Infer for sales forecasting and lead scoring, helping prioritize promising accounts and making our sales pipeline more predictable. It aids in focusing on accounts likely to convert and provides additional data for forecasting discussions, identifying weaker opportunities earlier.

**What do you like best about Infer?**

The best aspect of Synth is its advanced AI capabilities that enable accurate and efficient transcription of our customer calls and product research interviews. The platform's ability to identify key discussion points has been instrumental in understanding customer needs, pain points, and market trends. The seamless integration with our knowledge management system allows us to centralize and access this valuable information, empowering our team to provide better product insights and make data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

While Synth offers excellent transcription accuracy, there is room for improvement in handling calls with challenging audio conditions. However, the overall value and functionality Synth provides outweigh these minor concerns.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synth effectively solves the challenge of transcription and summarisation and extraction of important insights, saving us significant time and resources. By automating these processes, Synth allows us to focus on the content and context of customer calls, market research interviews and product brainstorming meetings. This not only improves our efficiency but also enables us to derive actionable insights, enhance our product iterations, and make data-driven product decisions, ultimately benefiting our organization's growth and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Infer?**

Synth is easy to use and latches on to my work calls on google meet very smoothly. It gives me a quick summary and actionable items that I share with others who were on call. My clients especially are very impressed whenever I share a summary immediately after a call given that there are actionable items that come of it and they dont have to send me a mail following up with their requests.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

It has sometimes given me actionable items unclearly. And in older versions I had problems to work on zoom, but it is working perfectly fine now. I do want to se e more features come out and the platform to expand.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synth is actively making my work calls easier to manage by providing me with summaries and actionable tasks. It makes it easy to extend tasks to my team and extend deliverables to my clients- in an impressive, clear and concise way.

Happy to be an active subscriber. Also very excited to see what features come out next.

  ### 25. A magical experience. ChatGPT for Meeting notes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Infer?**

1. Does not join a meeting like a bot
2. ChatGPT type meeting quries. Really good summary and action items list generation etc.
3. The desktop app shows live transcripts
4. for google meet the transcription starts automatically and summary pops up automatically after the meeting
5. can do a global search when i forget the name of the meeting i am trying to find, i can search using the content i discussed

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

1. It would be good if it reduces the lag time in summary generation
2. At times it makes erratic summaries (probably the AI is evolving)
3. It does not understand who is the speaker for Zoom and teams

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

work meetings, sales meetings, user research, saving time by reducing manual notes work needed, having a faster turn around time for sending a followup email after the call
