**What do you like best about Synchron?**

The speed of the turnaround time, the customer service, and the ability to get a human being on the phone or via email to help solve problems when problems occur (which is rare).

**What do you dislike about Synchron?**

The delivery of the final sync files comes via an automatic download once you open the software. If you aren't looking at the computer when you open it up and you're not expecting it to be done yet, you can easily miss the delivery and not realize it's been downloaded. There is no manual download button, so to download it again, you need to contact the company and have them set it up for another automatic download.

**What problems is Synchron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INCREDIBLY fast turnaround for deposition syncing, which in turn makes me look good to my clients.
