Synchro Reviews & Product Details

Synchro is a shift scheduling software for medical practices, automating schedules, office assignments, and team coordination. It streamlines walk-in appointments, on-call shifts, and shared office spaces using intelligent automation. Administrators can set rules like "no Tuesdays," which the system applies across schedules. The platform ensures fair schedules by analyzing workload history and preferences, preventing consecutive undesirable shifts, and evenly distributing responsibilities. Office assignment features detect conflicts to avoid double-booking shared spaces. A shared team calendar provides real-time updates visible to all staff and integrates with Google and Apple Calendar for automatic synchronization. Staff can post available shifts for colleagues to claim, eliminating group messages or email chains. The browser-based interface requires no installation, with setup taking 45 minutes and team onboarding in minutes. Conflict detection alerts administrators of errors.
