The most difficult part of using this tools was that it only functions with a proper internet connection and the user also cannot access their previous task without internet. so you will need to have a 24 into 7 connectivity to work on this platform. I have also found that there customer support is not that extensive and they are limited in terms of giving exact solutions which is something they should Work on.
