**What do you like best about symplr Value Analysis?**

Symplr Spend allows for each of request through decision.  All of the information for Clinical and Finance aspects are in one location and the process is easy to follow.  Even our providers are participating!  Support is also easy to access and turn around time is quick.  The software was easy to implement and our frequency of use goes up daily.

**What do you dislike about symplr Value Analysis?**

Future roadmap enhancements that should include benchmarking directly inside of Symplr Spend along with PO data for current spend on a product would be a game changer.

**What problems is symplr Value Analysis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spending without analysis for outcomes, clinical benefit and financial interest were also impossible prior to Symplr Spend.

**What do you like best about symplr Value Analysis?**

The simplicity of the website.  I appreciate the standardized process that is laid out for my team to use for reviews.  I have used several competitors and Greenlight has been the best so far.

**What do you dislike about symplr Value Analysis?**

I would like to see more of a data look back as well as capital.  I also very much would like a exportable powerpoint slide that gives an executive summary of new products.

**What problems is symplr Value Analysis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A transparent and visible process that involves clinicians.  I have realized greater collaboration and transparency surrounding reviews.
