The platform saves an enormous amount of time in back and forth between security folks and developers by allowing developers to see potential issues as they are developing. This is a tremendous asset in cutting down security tech debt and avoiding the introduction of new security issues. This saves time and makes the resulting product significantly more secure. **What do you dislike about Symbiotic Security?** I just wish it had existed sooner, this would have save me countless hours during my career. **What problems is Symbiotic Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small startup organization, we don't have the resources to devote to a dedicated security team but we do take security seriously. Symbiotic lets us have the best of both world by informing our development team of security issues directly in the IDE where they are working. This lets us be confident we are developing secure code while saving lots of time avoiding catching issues in CI or in production.
