The default admin backend is functional but unrefined and unintuitive compared to modern SaaS e-commerce tools. Non-technical store managers cannot complete routine tasks like bulk product updates or inventory adjustments without developer assistance, creating extra operational friction. Native SEO and marketing features are very basic, so we always need third-party plugins to support promotional campaigns and search optimization, adding system complexity and maintenance work. Additionally, large product catalogs cause noticeable performance lag without manual backend optimization, creating extra workload for our enterprise client deployments.
