I can use sylaps from any smart device, be it a smartphone or laptop, or PC. I can access it from anywhere in the world. Account creation and log-in processes are very simple and easy. **What do you dislike about Sylaps?** Sometimes voice breaks during a video call. It has some bugs which need to be removed like sometimes login problem and hanging problem. Sylaps has turned out to be a better product since covid 18 has emerged than all the rest of the products who have been in the industry of visual and audio cloud communication platform. It has been a great experience hosting the meeting , the webinars , the live sessions for education on sylaps from the user perspective as well **What do you dislike about Sylaps?** The live chat is a great feature but some times it just freezes number of participants also some time sis not possible to add due to some technical glitch I have faced in the past experience. It is exceptionally a good cloud communication platform. It can be suitable for any organization, institution, or school. The user fluidity is genuinely very good in Sylaps. Audio communication, video communication, screen sharing, all other features, like message sharing **What do you dislike about Sylaps?** There are certain things I don't like about sylaps, one of them is that it immediately shows a bad connection. It definitely requires more bandwidth or definitely more high-speed internet or Wi-Fi. There is a lot of room for improvement so that it is fully functional in low-speed areas. When returning to the meeting, all chats are lost, so along with my organization, we believe that the chat definitely has to be something that is constant.
