We have utilized Sycomp to help us with SD-WAN implementation, routing projects and also assisting and troubleshooting with our Cisco voIP system. They are busy but in the end get the job done. 

**What do you like best about Sycomp A Technology Company, Inc?**

The engineers are extremely knowledgeable in their skill-sets. This is helpful when you need an expert in a certain technology niche to complete a project.

**What do you dislike about Sycomp A Technology Company, Inc?**

There is a delay in service or turn around time. Communication could be better. The last request I submitted I ended up resolving myself because it was days before they made initial contact. I believe they are busy but they should be able to staff accordingly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Sycomp A Technology Company, Inc:**

They are great if you need specialized services but be prepared to wait. If it is time sensitive project you may need to find another service provider.
