**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

I like the simplicity of Swonkie and the fact that I can do everything on a single platform. It is a tool that I find practical, fast, and very intuitive. The ability to plan, schedule, and analyze social media content in an organized way is extremely valuable, greatly facilitating my daily routine. Additionally, the platform helps me keep my work organized and efficient, which truly makes my daily activities simpler and faster.

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

I would like to see more customization options, especially in the reports, such as choosing colors, types of charts, and including clients' visual elements. Additionally, I sometimes notice small speed delays when using multiple accounts at the same time, which could be improved to make daily work more fluid.

**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

Perfect for entrepreneurs/content creators who need to organize all their social networks in one place, especially if they have more than one account on the same network. Very easy to plan, publish, and view insights from all accounts on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

As a photographer, I felt a slight drop in quality with the automatic publishing of images, but it remains incredible for structuring and visualizing how the post would look before making the manual publication.

Perfect for entrepreneurs/content creators who need to organize all their social networks in one place, especially if they have more than one account on the same network. Very easy to plan, publish, and view insights from all accounts on a single platform.

**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

Whenever I start my work, Swonkie is the first tool I open.

I manage social media for some clients, and thanks to Swonkie's scheduling and planning feature (which, by the way, is the most detailed of all the platforms I've used), I can save an average of 2 hours per week.

Since I have several clients, I can distinguish the content and editorial calendars thanks to the filters that Swonkie provides in this feature.

The automatic reports feature is also something that helps me a lot. I can collect data from all the social media profiles of the clients I work with, without having to manually gather them.

Just with this feature, I save a few more hours weekly. Something that used to take an entire day to do (for all my clients) now takes me minutes.

Not to mention that I use these reports to sell as an additional service to my clients.

Lastly, the support is impeccable. I've never had any difficulty left unresolved.

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

I think that in some parts of the platform, there could be a simpler interface to use. The learning curve on Swonkie is a bit steep in my opinion. It took me about 2 to 3 weeks to master all the features.

They could have more tutorial videos on how to use certain features.

**What problems is Swonkie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swonkie solves my need to manage multiple social networks at the same time, and saves me dozens of hours per month with planning and automatic reports.

Swonkie can aggregate most social media plataforms that we use to display media content and then manage campains, analytics and so on, all in a single plataform which can save us a lot of time.

Swonkie lacks the ability to do certain specific things regarding campaigns on some platforms and also does not have some agregation with some social media plataforms like Reddit

**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

What I like and use most is the planning/programming and reports. It allows you to have all your clients on a single platform, so you can manage them quickly and easily. What's more, the support team is excellent, always on hand to help resolve any queries or "problems" that may arise at the time.The ease with which you can jump from report to report without having to open several browser windows.The latest update to the linkedin network allows you to quickly create a publication in PDF format in just 3 clicks .

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

There's nothing I didn't like about it, I just wish I could access some of the features via my mobile phone, either in a native app or a web app.

**What problems is Swonkie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swonkie allows me to have our clients' various social networks on the same platform, so we can plan and schedule posts in a single place, whether they're for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pintrest, Twitter or others, which makes day-to-day life much easier.

What's more, I can also access personalised reports with our needs determined by us for the various clients. I can also monitor competitors with personalised reports on the content they are publishing.

**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

The reporting feature is the best on the market.
I've used other social media management tools before, but the way they report some metrics is diferent from the social media channels itself.
Swonkie metrics are the same of the Facebook, Instagram, etc, so it makes easier the reporting and monitoring part of out day as a social media manager

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

I really love the reporting feature, but it would be even greater if Swonkie had a Locker Studio connector so we could pull all the metrics to that platform to do a report of all the digital channels.
The fact they dont have an APP to make easier the publishing and monitoring easier and accessible anywhere.

**What problems is Swonkie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving when publishing post on multiple social media channels and when we need to create cliente reports.

Tagging Companies on the posts.
It works but needs some steps. Not so practical.
Maybe Swonkie should detect a post for Linkedin and present the company immediately.

Swonkie gives peace of mind regarding scheduling.
I can be out of the office or on vacation, and I know the posts will be published accordingly.
The fact that we can schedule the post for the best time without worrying about it, it's a boost to engagement.

**What do you like best about Swonkie?**

The fact that you can add different social media platforms other than Instagram and Facebook makes it perfect to plan all social media content. I also love that we can share everything with my clients and show them what the feed will look like. The support is amazing, and I always have someone I can come to when there is any problem.

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

It's a shame that even though they already have that feature, I still have to schedule my reels on the platform itself due to sounds used (when I want to use trending sounds), and cover of the reel (I know I can go there later and change it, but it is still a bother...). Also, even though it's a lot better than other social media manager platforms, I'm still unable to use the story features to its total (while scheduling). 
As for Linkedin, my only "complaint" is that I can't schedule pdf through the app. 
There are some connection troubles with the social media platforms once in a while, but I always get the notifications and always have the support team to help me.
However, I do understand that these are problems that come from the social media platform itself which doesn't allow more than what you offer, and I trust 100% that Swonkie will still be trying to improve everything they can as soon as it is possible to do so.

Swonkie is making planning content and sharing it with my clients much easier. It saves time for me and it makes me look more professional. The report feature also saves me a lot of time, and love to make notes on them to send them to my clients.

Amazing Customer support. The dedication of the support team to help in any circumstance is truly amazing, From the support agents to the account executives, C-Level, and even the CEO they all have been helfull in multiple occasions.

UX would be something that Swonkie could improve. Feature wise the platform has all it needs for a social media manager or marketing manager to work on social, but somethings UX wise things are not so easy to find (mostly because of all the features they have built over the last year)

Social Media Management, planning, approval with the clients (from an agency perspective), reports, and the ability to track booth keywords related to our brands or competitors.

I work at WEbrand Agency and I love the fact that we can add more than one and different platforms, which is fantastic for social media planning. I also really like the monthly reports so we can show our clients at the end of each month and analyze. WEbrand Agency has been a partner of Swonkie from the beginning because it loves working with Portuguese technologies and platforms, and this is the best!

As for features, it seems to me that it has all the ones other platforms offer, but at a more competitive price.

The ability to schedule everything in one place. Speed in the content creation process. Fast and effective customer support in the chat. Proximity between company and customer.

**What do you dislike about Swonkie?**

- The fact of not being able to schedule carousels and videos on LinkedIn.
- GB limit for videos - forces me to always resort to other platforms, like Facebook or Instagram's creation studio.
- Inability to choose video thumbnails.
- Manual stories and reels.
- Tags/mentions are slow.
- Not being able to perceive the photos of each post (I have to click one by one to understand which post is about what and it takes time).

If you are looking for a cross-platform solution for all social media platforms, Swonkie is the ideal partner.

All the software is incredibly well designed and very user friendly. One of the characteristics that I highlight and is substantially differentiating is the after-sales service that they provide. The chat to help really works and is not a bot that responds to us, is a really person try to help us.

The fact that it doesn't have a mobile app is a downside. But everything else makes up for it!

Unable to schedule stories longer than 15 seconds. Not publishing stories directly. Having such a short character limit on LinkedIn that it prevents me from managing some client accounts. Losing access to the influencer database.

The ease of use. The support team is always really nice and supportive.

Sometimes the Facebook API is down. It's really not Swonkie's fault. That problem is already fixed.
