Instructions can be provided by the simple flow syntax which are instantly reflected in the diagram. We can download created charts as image or PDF file. Diagrams are easy to share with others using the URL and accessibility can be set as public or password-protected to increase security. The tool should include a few most used templates so that we don't need to write the flow instructions manually every time. As of now, there is nothing that I don't like. Apart from that, The diagrams are stored online in the cloud and it's very easy to share them with the team. I use swimlanes.io almost weekly to create flowcharts for my business. They're incredibly useful for creating the troubleshooting guides I need for my on-site IT techs.
