Instructions can be provided by the simple flow syntax which are instantly reflected in the diagram. We can download created charts as image or PDF file. Diagrams are easy to share with others using the URL and accessibility can be set as public or password-protected to increase security. The great part is that, as of this writing, the tool is free to use. **What do you dislike about swimlanes.io?** The tool should include a few most used templates so that we don't need to write the flow instructions manually every time. As of now, there is nothing that I don't like. **What problems is swimlanes.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create sequence diagrams in swimlanes since the entire flow can be built smoothly. Apart from that, The diagrams are stored online in the cloud and it's very easy to share them with the team.
