Swift Shortlist Reviews & Product Details

SwiftShortlist is AI CV screening software for recruiters, agencies, and founders. Create a job, bulk-upload candidate CVs as PDFs, and AI scores and ranks every applicant against your specific requirements. Unlike keyword-based ATS filters, SwiftShortlist reads each CV for meaning — weighing skills match, experience relevance, seniority, and education into a 0–100 score. Every candidate comes with a breakdown, strengths, gaps, risk factors, and an interview-fit verdict, so you get an actionable brief instead of a number. There's no setup or ATS integration required. Move candidates through a pipeline (new → screening → interview → offer → hired), collaborate with your team via role-based workspaces, and export shortlists to CSV. The AI ranks and explains; the hiring decision is always yours.
