Suzy AI Reviews & Product Details

Suzy AI automates guest communication for independent hotels and motels. Guests text or call and get accurate answers in under 2 seconds grounded in your property's specific FAQ data, never guessing. The SMS Shield handles inbound texts with confidence scoring, sentiment routing, and an emergency safety gate that bypasses AI for crisis keywords. Voice AI answers calls automatically. Everything is A2P 10DLC compliant for US carriers. Unlike others which are built for hotel chains, Suzy is purpose-built for independent motel operators, no PMS required, transparent pricing starting at $349/month, and a 30-day outcome guarantee.
