**What do you like best about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

I like the ability to secure and patch all my CentOS, RHEL, and SLES servers under one contract with SUSE Multi-Linux Support without forcing a single system migration or downtime. It solves my CentOS 7 EOL security risks, eliminates juggling multiple vendor support contracts, and lets me patch all my different Linux distros from a single pane of glass. The initial setup was quite easy for a technical person.

**What do you dislike about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

I find switching repo endpoints across custom CI/CD pipelines clunky, the portal licensing navigation is unintuitive, and minor package patches occasionally lag behind core security updates.

**What problems is SUSE Multi-Linux Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

The Multi Linux Manager part is what I actually use a lot. One console for patching and configs across a bunch of different distros feels real handy. Automated security updates plus the Salt and Ansible stuff means I waste way less time switching tools and get more actual work done.Pricing is pretty clear and you can spin up as many VMs as you want without extra fees. ROI shows up in about a year or so. Onboarding was smooth and support has been solid when I needed it. Lately the AI helper lets me just ask about missing patches in plain words instead of hunting through screens. Overall it turns the mixed Linux chaos into something I can actually handle without a total rebuild.

**What do you dislike about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

The setup for the manager side can feel pretty clunky the first time especially when you are trying to hook in a bunch of different distros. It takes longer than you expect and the docs are not always crystal clear so you end up poking around more than you want.

**What problems is SUSE Multi-Linux Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly fixes the mess of mixed Linux setups where you are stuck with different support contracts high costs and systems that are about to lose patches like old CentOS or RHEL versions. Instead of forcing a big migration that breaks everything it lets you keep what you already run and just switch the support and update source to SUSE.

**What do you like best about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

I mainly use SUSE Multi-Linux Support to manage and work across different Linux distributions without running into compatibility issues. It helps me to manage environments where different Linux distributions are used simultaneously. Instead of dealing with separate tools and inconsistent behaviors, SUSE Multi-Linux Support provides a unified way to support and maintain them, which removes a lot of the complexity that usually comes with managing mixed environments. A valuable feature for me is the unified patching and update guidance across multiple Linux distributions. It streamlines my work by providing consistent recommendations and troubleshooting steps, reducing operational overhead, preventing version drifts, and making it easier to maintain a stable and secure environment. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

When dealing with package managers or system-level configurations, I feel that automation or standardized tooling could reduce manual effort and make cross-environment operations more seamless.

**What problems is SUSE Multi-Linux Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

The ability to secure and maintain your current environments without the headaches that usually involve a change of provider

**What do you dislike about SUSE Multi-Linux Support?**

It does not add new features (only patches), forces payment for systems that were previously free like CentOS, can cause incompatibilities with third-party software licenses (ISVs), and only postpones an inevitable migration, creating continuous dependency on SUSE patches.

**What problems is SUSE Multi-Linux Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch obsolete distributions, avoid forced migrations, centralize administration
