Survox by Enghouse Insights Reviews & Product Details

Survox by Enghouse Insights is a survey research platform that connects telephone interviewing (CATI), automated voice surveys (IVR), and online surveys (CAWI) in one coordinated environment. It helps research teams manage the full study workflow, from questionnaire design and respondent contact to fieldwork management, data collection, reporting and analysis. Designed for market research agencies, research call centers, polling organizations, academic researchers and enterprise insights teams, Survox supports complex studies that require flexible survey programming, precise sample management and visibility into fieldwork performance. Teams can conduct research across multiple modes while coordinating respondent records, quotas and study progress. For telephone research, Survox combines CATI software and research dialing with tools for interviewer management, call scheduling and callbacks. Supervisors can monitor fieldwork activity and interviewer productivity, helping them identify operational issues and adjust resources as projects evolve. Inbound capabilities also allow respondents returning a missed call to reach an interviewer or an IVR survey within the same study, creating additional opportunities to participate. Survox’s multimode research capabilities give organizations flexibility in how they reach different audiences. Researchers can combine interviewer-led telephone surveys, automated voice interviews and online questionnaires within a research program, adapting their approach to respondent accessibility and study requirements. Centralized sample and quota management helps teams track participation and identify groups that still need to be reached. Beyond data collection, Survox supports survey reporting, crosstabs, weighting and statistical testing, helping researchers examine results across audience segments and communicate findings. Its capabilities support projects ranging from political polling and public opinion research to customer experience measurement, market research and ongoing tracking or longitudinal studies. Survox brings respondent contact, fieldwork operations and analysis closer together, giving research teams the control to manage demanding projects and the flexibility to adapt as research needs change. Backed by Enghouse Insights, the platform is complemented by professional services and technical support to help organizations implement and operate their research workflows.
