"Research Assistant helps me find the answers that actually matter"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

One of the features I rely on the most is in-product surveys: asking for feedback while someone is actually using a feature gives me much better answers than sending an email a few days later. People still remember what they were trying to do, what confused them, and why they made a certain decision. The quality of the feedback is on a completely different level. I've also been using Research Hub a lot more than I expected. Instead of going through hundreds of survey responses one by one, I bring together survey results, support conversations, and other customer feedback in the same place. The AI does a great job of grouping similar themes, highlighting recurring issues, and surfacing patterns that would take me much longer to find manually. I also had a good experience with support. We needed help configuring a survey exactly the way we wanted, and instead of giving us a generic answer, they understood what we were trying to achieve and helped us get there without having to come up with workarounds. What do you dislike about Survicate?

The only challenge I've really run into is keeping everything organized as the number of surveys grows. Once you start working with multiple projects, segments, and different audiences, the dashboard can feel a little busy until you settle on a consistent naming structure. I'd love to see that part of the interface become a bit easier to manage over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It Makes Wellness Feedback and Survey Management Simple and Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I recently started using Survicate for wellness feedback, consultation follow ups and health education related surveys, and so far the experience has been smooth for my daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so collecting proper feedback and responses is important during regular sessions and awareness programs.

What I like best about Survicate is that creating surveys, sharing forms and checking responses feels simple and organized without making the workflow complicated. Different question types, survey customization, response tracking and survey sharing are very useful because every consultation, wellness session and educational survey requirement is a little different. I also like that responses stay properly managed from one place, which helps while handling multiple feedback forms together.

The reporting and analytics features are also helpful because they make it easier to understand audience response, participation and feedback trends. Features like survey logic, feedback collection, response tracking and simple integrations help save time and make daily workflow more smooth. . Overall, Survicate has been useful for managing consultation feedback, wellness surveys and educational response collection in a more organized and professional way during regular work. What do you dislike about Survicate?

when editing surveys with multiple question flows and response settings, sometimes I need a little extra time to properly check everything before publishing the survey. I also noticed that when many responses come together, filtering and reviewing specific feedback can feel slightly less quick during busy work hours. Apart from these small things, the platform works smoothly for regular wellness surveys and feedback collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Survey Platform with Powerful Integrations and AI Form Creation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I love this platform for its user friendly interface and easy onboarding process. This platform supports all necessary features to create a survey form from template and can also be used its AI to create a form. The survey creation by just importing a survey by pasting on the survey form makes this platform even easier to use. Other than this, this platform capability to integrate with salesforce, Zapier, Slack etc makes this platform more robust and powerful. The research hub platform is also really good ensuring decision making process more reliable and informed. I also love the capacity of this platform to add widget. I also love the fact that this platform supports various language to create surveys ensuring better reach of the targeted population. The workspaces also allows co-ordination in the team. I am also satisfied with the security of this platform. The platform also allows controlling the time frame for respondents to see the next survey with its throttling feature, It enhances better control over the reach of the survey. I love the overall performance of this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price was little bit lower. I also feel that a little demo would be needed for user to be very effective in using this platform. A little more customization freedom to the user would also be better. Frankly the AI of this platform was really good but more can be done with improvement in its capabilities like auto creation of templates with a prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy tool for quick customer feedback"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I like Survicate because it makes it easy to create and share surveys. It doesn’t take much time to set everything up, and I was able to start collecting responses very quickly. The user interface and dashboard are also simple to understand, and I appreciate how the results are presented clearly without feeling confusing. I also like the interactive elements, such as the speedometer-style percentage display. Overall, it feels like a straightforward tool that gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

One thing I found a bit confusing at first the survey logic and conditions. It looks like a tricky and complex type form, but it took some time to understand how the questions flow based on responses. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would make it even better. Other than that, the tool works well for basic feedback collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Manufacturing Feedback, Lacks Industry-Focused Reporting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

The flexible survey creator lets me build targeted questionnaires for line staff, maintenance teams and customers without developer help. I can set custom scoring tied to our production KPIs, and automated recurring surveys capture steady long-term feedback we use to refine PPWR material processes. Responses get split by stakeholder group for faster analysis, and exported files slot straight into our ISO 9001 audit archives with minimal edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

There are no out-of-the-box dashboards formatted to manufacturing quality audit standards, so I have to rework all exported data in Excel for ISO documentation. It does not sync natively with our factory ERP, forcing manual result imports every survey cycle. Adding layered skip logic for multi-stage production questionnaires also drags down survey build speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GDPR-Compliant Survey Hub for Manufacturing, Lacks Industrial Customization"
3/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

EU-based server storage is the biggest win, fully satisfying our plant’s GDPR and ISO 9001 audit rules with native consent logs we can export directly. Its AI sorting tool cuts massive time spent parsing open supplier and customer feedback. Scheduled post-delivery NPS/CSAT surveys run reliably, and file exports plug straight into our quality management docs without rework. It unified scattered paper surveys and email feedback, auto-generates audit-ready reports, and connects to our MES, Outlook and Nextcloud for centralized record archiving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

There are no ready-made ISO 9001 reporting templates, so our quality team manually restructures every dataset. Offline survey functionality is weak, creating bottlenecks for factory floors with spotty Wi-Fi. Monthly response limits lock us into higher pricing tiers. API constraints throttle MES syncs, requiring extra custom scripts to tie feedback to production batches. Branding tools are inflexible: custom CSS won’t apply to email surveys, and each supplier questionnaire needs manual edits to match our audit document formatting. "Centralizes Feedback with Ease but Needs More Advanced Features"
3/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

I really like Survicate's outstanding ease of use and flexible survey customization, which fits perfectly with our daily market research work at our consumer goods manufacturing company. The intuitive interface allows our team to design professional, branded surveys quickly without needing advanced technical skills or lengthy training. We can easily adjust question types, tailor content for different customer groups, and align surveys with our brand style for both end consumers and retail partners. Another major advantage is the seamless multi-channel distribution. We can share surveys through emails, web links, and embedded forms, making it simple to reach audiences across different touchpoints and improve response rates. Our initial setup with Survicate was smooth, intuitive, and hassle-free, even with limited dedicated IT support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

While Survicate serves our core customer feedback and market research needs very well, there are a few noticeable areas that could be optimized. First, the advanced branding and design customization options are somewhat limited. Although we can add basic logos and colors, we lack deeper styling controls to fully match our corporate design standards across all survey elements. Secondly, the advanced data filtering and cross-analysis functions feel restricted. We often need to segment feedback by customer region, product line, or sales channel to support internal reporting. The current tool lacks in-depth custom filtering and cross-tabulation features, forcing us to export raw data and complete detailed analysis manually in spreadsheets. "Survicate Makes Multi-Channel Feedback Collection Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

What stands out most about Survicate is how easy it makes collecting and acting on user feedback without needing a complex setup. You can launch surveys across multiple channels—web, email, in-app, and mobile—pretty quickly, and they all tie back into one clean dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

One downside of Survicate is that its customization and advanced features can feel somewhat limited. While it works well for quick surveys, more complex use cases—like detailed audience targeting or advanced logic—can be harder to implement. Additionally, the analytics and reporting capabilities are relatively basic, which can make deeper insights or research more challenging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Native UX with Clear Logic Visualization and Great Functionality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Survicate?

It has a very native UX and UI, which makes it easy to get onboarded and quickly feel comfortable using it. The functionality is great overall. I especially like the visualization of the logic and how clearly the questions are connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Survicate?

We’ve already raised this with the team, and I feel confident a workaround will be available soon. That said, I’d still like to see more options to filter responses based on Braze attributes. The widget option is nice, but it feels very manual and takes extra effort to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
