I felt the Reporting could have more features. I would like to have tag options where you categorize survey users based on location/gender/department and show me the details on those categories in graphical representation. I felt the need to more interactive Survey with existing graphics like sad/happy animation during rating survey. More Graphics for submit. The best thing I like about surveyRock is that it is multilingual. We can take the survey in our convenient language. Its template UI is very dynamic, which can make a customer take the survey. Different themes and templates for individual purposes make it more convenient. An option like drag and drop makes it more accessible. The data collected are well arranged and can be analyzed easily. Honestly it's the multi language support. Even getting a survey done in the US has to take into account the various people that make up this country. Though it is one of the best it is certainly not designed to be used by beginners as some of the functionalities feel a little complicated compared to its competitors. The analytical tool which is provided is not the best and can certainly be improved upon and the same can be said for the dashboard which is generated as there should be a little more options in order to modify its layout and look and feel.
