What do you like best about SurveyRock?

I rely on SurveyRock to build and deploy fast, no-fuss surveys. I like the affordable, transparent pricing with a free tier that lets you create 10 surveys and collect 100 responses per month. What do you dislike about SurveyRock?

I find the limited branding and design flexibility in both free and paid plans a bit frustrating. Adding a custom CSS editor for paid plans would be a great improvement.
