SurveyPro has changed the way we used to get information for our clients. It has a thorough questionnaire design, reporting and analytical tool. We easily integrated the database and update it without any difficulties. 

Overall, it has all the functionality and it's easy to use.

Support agreements and cost are great but honestly the technical support team needs to work on the timings a bit. The occasional glitches creates hassles and delays in work sometimes and if the support service is faster it will help create a good experience.

One frustration is the limited customization for visual branding. We often want to match survey designs to our game’s style, including custom fonts, color schemes, and background graphics, but the platform restricts more advanced styling, making surveys feel less immersive for our players. One other area that regularly creates friction for our team is the limited collaboration and workflow features when multiple team members are working on the same survey. We often have designers, producers, and user researchers contributing to feedback campaigns, but the platform lacks real-time co-editing, clear version history, and simple approval workflows. I absolutely LOVE that it is simple and quick to create a survey, if that is what youre looking for. We like to poll our new clients who run campaigns with us shortly after we begin working for them. We maintain sending out regular surveys after we build a relationship with the client, asking if they would like to work in any of our other campaign areas that they may not have participated in prior. Really easy to make, if that is what youre looking for.

There really isn’t much I dislike about surveypro. It’s very easy to use, and creating surveys is straightforward—almost enjoyable. Years ago, I used to take these surveys myself, and theirs always stood out to me. So, when our team decided to start polling our clients, surveypro was the first platform I considered.

**What problems is SurveyPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, it certainly addresses the question of what we should pitch to our clients next. We typically use the survey at the beginning of a new client relationship to demonstrate that we can surpass their expectations in the campaign we're working on together. After we've proven ourselves, we send out additional surveys to clients who are pleased with our performance. This helps reinforce the message that we deliver the same high quality in every campaign, not just theirs.

The pricing seems a bit steep, not really meant for the small businesses the cost of the license or premium plans are not affordable.

Sometimes simple can be confuse with outdated, in comparison with others apps, you can think that SurveysPro has been kept out from customer support due to the old interface that can shows, however it makes the work. Maybe adding some features could help.

Earning on this platform is quite difficult, as most surveys tend to disqualify you before you can finish them.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

They really should compensate users for their time spent on attempts, not just completed surveys. I ended up earning only 76 cents after completing over 200 surveys, which feels like a huge waste of time.

I don’t actually use it; I just have it saved. I tried it before, thinking it might be useful, but it never improved or became more helpful for me.

I like the data analysis features of SurveyPro, which can transform complex data into clear, understandable, and highly insightful information. I mainly use it to efficiently and accurately collect and analyze various data, especially in market research, customer feedback collection, and employee satisfaction surveys. Its powerful statistical analysis tools allow me to deeply explore the data's meaning and reveal important insights through variance analysis and correlation analysis, helping to make more informed decisions. Additionally, SurveyPro offers a wide variety of questionnaire templates and question types, along with flexible logic branching functions, making questionnaire design more scientific and reasonable, thus improving the targeting and effectiveness of data collection. Furthermore, the multi-channel questionnaire distribution methods allow me to quickly reach the target audience, greatly expanding the scope of sample collection and improving efficiency.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

The layout design is limited, and the control over the questionnaire page layout lacks flexibility. The spacing between questions and between options cannot be freely adjusted, making the overall questionnaire appear crowded and cluttered. This affects the respondents' experience in filling out the questionnaire, which may lead to a decrease in response rate. To compensate for this issue, I often need to simplify the questionnaire content. 

There are limitations on multimedia embedding. SurveyPro supports fewer multimedia formats, such as GIF animations and certain video formats that cannot be directly embedded, and the embedding process is complex, lacking an intuitive interface. This affects the attractiveness and effectiveness of information delivery in the questionnaire, especially in surveys that need to showcase products or operational processes.

I use SurveyPro to efficiently and accurately collect and analyze data, simplifying questionnaire design. The rich templates and powerful logic branching enhance the quality and efficiency of the questionnaires. Its distribution channels expand sample coverage, and the data analysis features transform complex data into easy-to-understand information.

Pricing is a game changer at this point in time. At present market is flooded with some free survey tools and software. Hence standing unique in such a scenario will require some out of the box solution. So pricing and multiple features not supported may be the biggest road blocker.

So we used survey pro to capture the NPS survey for our project health and feedback in various stages. The collection of data was easy and anonymous and we got some good insights from the tool. On top of it we have exported the data to generate another analytics

SurveyPro's data exporting system is very good; any required information can be collected from it very easily, and the collected data can be easily exported at any time just through an internet connection. Its template designs are very high quality, and its feature designs are very attractive and accessible for anyone to understand easily.

It is the best among the survey platforms, but its price is a bit high, and I think it may not be affordable for everyone.

This solved my problem of exporting data; I can export any data from it easily. When I do some research online and almost find that I need to save many important data points through SurveyPro, I can easily save the data in a short time, and I believe it is 100% safe.

The surveys are sent instantly and the responses are also collected right upon submission. It is user-friendly and serves the required purpose every time.

It doesn't detect the duplicate questions/response options by itself. It will be a good idea to enhance the tool with this feature addition.
