It has been a little bit of a struggle to implement and some documentation has been outdated but with great customer support, all our issues have been solved quickly. What do you like best about SurveyJS?

Used SurveyJs for my start up. As a start up, we are short-staffed, and each one of us has a lot on our plate. SurveyJs proved to be a saviour. Loved every bit of it, especially the fact that it reduced my time and effort in creating feedback, sales enquiry, landing page forms and what not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyJS?

What problems is SurveyJS solving and how is that benefiting you?

For various options and customizations required for each form, we were trying to do all of it ourselves and had to write programs for all of them every time. What do you like best about SurveyJS?

SurveyJS is a powerful and user-friendly survey-building framework. One of the best things about it is its flexibility in creating different types of survey and the ability to customize the look and feel of the survey. The framework is easy to use, with drag-and-drop functionality, and has a wide range of features, such as conditional branching, validation, and piping, that make it easy to create complex surveys. What do you dislike about SurveyJS?

Certain aspects can be improved, such as improving the UI/UX of the settings toolbars, especially the logic builder, and reducing the need for technical knowledge to use more advanced features.
