Survey Galaxy excellent, the page is easy to use, very simple in its tools, that is, it is not very complicated to be able to create a survey in the same way the support is always there to be able to collaborate on what you need, the page has some templates which allow you to carry out surveys even more easily, however, these templates are a bit complicated, since you still have to edit them to find the one you need most. I love the simplicity of the dashboard and the easy-to-use interface. It is simple to get from point A to point B, create complex surveys, and rarely crashes. In my opinion about survey galaxy, With the little use that I have given it, I did not want to acquire a membership and it does not seem very attractive Although it is a bit easy to use, not very useful I should emphasize that it gives you templates to create a survey although, they are a bit old obsolete and are very common questions.

What I dislike most about survey galaxy is that only at the beginning it looks like a fraudulent page, not very secure.

I think its design is not the right one to get attention and attract more users.
