We love the ease of use. It has many templates which can be used when conducting surveys. It is a very intuitive tool and its support is always attentive. the security we need is very cheap And we can use all that information. In our marketing department and thus we can satisfy our clients more **What do you dislike about Survey Galaxy?** After you buy the Galaxy survey subscription everything is fine since they really are very efficient and we love working with them but there is a problem that we think they should solve since their main page, in my opinion, does not give as much security as it looks like a site that someone with no experience created so they should improve their web appearance to create more confidence in us buyers **What problems is Survey Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Galaxy survey to create surveys and retrieve information that is used for the benefit of our marketing team ### 2. It is easy to build a survey using Survey Galaxy as it has all the tools in one place. It also has conditional formatting making the surveys easy to fill as other questions disappear or appear depending on previous answers of our respondents. We easily save previous work if we can't finish at that instant, and when we are done creating the survey, deployment happens instantly with options to send survey links via SMS, email addresses and even social media. This ensures that we get the target audience within a short period of time. Results do come in real-time and graphically for easy interpretation. Finally, the surveys can be responded to from both PC and mobile. **What do you dislike about Survey Galaxy?** Graphical user interface can further be improved to make the tool user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Survey Galaxy:** It doesn't need someone to be a programmer in order to create surveys with survey galaxy. Anyone can do it, provided you should have basic knowledge on formatting questions and creating questionnaires. I have a subscription service and it is widely economical, and also the distribution is wide I always receive a simple analysis that is easy and very useful because you can use it in your files like Excel and thus be able to observe the answers given by other users. I like the system although it can be much better. **What do you dislike about Survey Galaxy?** I have no negative experience or something negative to indicate, however, in my opinion I should modify the main page a little more so that it is more striking and does not look like a scam site, at first glance it is not very pleasant I think that should improve it The idea is to attract customers not to lose them. **Recommendations to others considering Survey Galaxy:** Review the comments above, you only have one and I found out that they do not recommend the system because it is a scam, personally if I recommend it, although it is always good to contact support beforehand and guide you to find the subscription that suits you or you can simply use it in your Free version so you can try, I love it and I recommend it. **What problems is Survey Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a web and marketing programmer, I used several pages to be able to conduct surveys and distribute them for the advertising of companies, but my opinion on Survey Galaxy, has been very good and has not presented any problem, the only problem that could be visible would be Your homepage, but, offers subscriptions and complies. It allows you to keep your analysis in order without complications, it can also be analytical for an Excel file and so you can maintain a more stable order of that number of negative or positive responses, its distribution can also vary both in a specific country or a wider distribution , it all depends on the subscription you have, as I said before, it is extremely economical. ### 4. It is simple to get from point A to point B, create complex surveys, and rarely crashes. This software is just as useful as Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, but it is a much more reasonable option as far as pricing. **What do you dislike about Survey Galaxy?** The dashboard is outdated and a bit glitchy. The program looks a bit antiquated, but it still gets the job done and can create a fine survey. This platform looks like it is stuck in 2007. **Recommendations to others considering Survey Galaxy:** Please update your interface, website, and dashboards. They are antiquated and look bad. Other than that, I have no recommendations for Survey Galaxy. Users before buying a membership should try it, they don't have any trials, they can freely test it, they can do their surveys, but they cannot distribute them, so a membership is necessary. **What do you dislike about Survey Galaxy?** What I dislike most about survey galaxy is that only at the beginning it looks like a fraudulent page, not very secure.
