Overall, SureMileage is pretty easy to use. Once you can figure out all the shortcuts and the methods that the program uses, it can become second nature to fill out the needed forms. While I believe SureMileage is easy to use, it is cumbersome to learn the system. It would be helpful if the first time you used it, the system had a walk-through to show you how to use it. I was a supervisor in the job that used this program, and I had to explain how to use it to multiple people. The last step to account for your mileage before you can move on seems less than intuitive.
