Overall, SureMileage is pretty easy to use. Once you can figure out all the shortcuts and the methods that the program uses, it can become second nature to fill out the needed forms. The program allows you to choose your start and end options easily. Instead of reporting your mileage from each place, you can easily decide to continue your trip from your last location. It also easily allows you to use round trips rather than making the same trip twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I believe SureMileage is easy to use, it is cumbersome to learn the system. It would be helpful if the first time you used it, the system had a walk-through to show you how to use it. I was a supervisor in the job that used this program, and I had to explain how to use it to multiple people. The last step to account for your mileage before you can move on seems less than intuitive. Once you can get the hang of the program, it is an excellent system for company mileage; however, there is a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SureMileage had all the features we needed to help manage mileage reimbursement for our Realtors. What we liked best about the tracker was the ease of use and accuracy of the data. There were no downsides to the SureMileage tracker. We noticed a reduction in mileage reimbursement due to the accuracy of the tracking data. No more guessing or estimating mileage - a bonus for our accountant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the tracker isn't too expensive, the reduction in travel for our agents has decreased the ROI (although it is still a great tool and a money-saver). This is definitely something to consider if travel expenses have decreased for your team post-COVID. Many of our agents now work remotely and have been able to utilize the video tours for out-of-town clients, thus reducing their mileage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
