All I have to do id upload my reports from Allscripts and it calculates it all. **What do you dislike about SureMileage?** Sometimes the system runs very slowly and causes an issues with meeting deadlines. **What problems is SureMileage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We dont have to manually add mileage for each employee. ### 2. Once you can figure out all the shortcuts and the methods that the program uses, it can become second nature to fill out the needed forms. The program allows you to choose your start and end options easily. Instead of reporting your mileage from each place, you can easily decide to continue your trip from your last location. It also easily allows you to use round trips rather than making the same trip twice. **What do you dislike about SureMileage?** While I believe SureMileage is easy to use, it is cumbersome to learn the system. It would be helpful if the first time you used it, the system had a walk-through to show you how to use it. I was a supervisor in the job that used this program, and I had to explain how to use it to multiple people. The last step to account for your mileage before you can move on seems less than intuitive. Once you can get the hang of the program, it is an excellent system for company mileage; however, there is a learning curve. **What problems is SureMileage solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureMileage is a great way to pay back employees for their mileage quickly. It is a simple system that allows supervisors to see locations and descriptions, making it easy to know whether to reject or approve each trip. The system also flags duplicate trips submitted, which helps the supervisor know which trips should be approved. ### 3. What we liked best about the tracker was the ease of use and accuracy of the data. There were no downsides to the SureMileage tracker. We noticed a reduction in mileage reimbursement due to the accuracy of the tracking data. No more guessing or estimating mileage - a bonus for our accountant! **What do you dislike about SureMileage?** While the tracker isn't too expensive, the reduction in travel for our agents has decreased the ROI (although it is still a great tool and a money-saver). This is definitely something to consider if travel expenses have decreased for your team post-COVID. Many of our agents now work remotely and have been able to utilize the video tours for out-of-town clients, thus reducing their mileage. **What problems is SureMileage solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureMileage is increasing accuracy and streamlining the mileage reimbursement process for our team. Benefits include better mileage tracking, more accurate mileage data, improved time management, and even better communication. ### 4. So I wish they had provided an option to save and repeat a certain number of trips. Using this tool has made me realize where the excess cost can be cut to sustain a better life. ### 5. I am able to upload expense receipts and its able to keep track of all my information entered for the month. I like how easy it is to input to and from for ongoing mileage for my work. **What do you dislike about SureMileage?** I do not have any negative reviews of sure mileage, It has worked as advertised and its functions have not crashed or been an issue. I have been able to upload receipts and input mileage without any issues or problems. **Recommendations to others considering SureMileage:** Easy to use, app friendly, and great way to store information on mileage and expenses. **What problems is SureMileage solving and how is that benefiting you?** it has allowed for easy tracking of expenses and ability to see for the month what has been entered. I am able to track my yearly amounts and include any expenses as well. ### 8. Also, I can save address in my contacts for easy entry in the future. **What do you dislike about SureMileage?** I dislike how time consuming it is to enter multiple legs of a trip. It would be better if I could enter multiple parts of a journey on the same screen. **What problems is SureMileage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can enter my mileage on the go, so there is no excuse to not submit my company mileage each month! ### 10.
