Although the transcriptions were often incorrect with some very strange variations of names, it was clear enough to pull the info I needed and the summary captured everything important. **What do you dislike about Supernormal?** The main reason for choosing Supernormal over other providers was the integration with Hubspot, allowing meeting summaries to be posted automatically to the accounts on Hubspot. As a company with multiple team members running 100's of meetings, it was very easy to forget to make notes after each meeting, especially during busy times when they are back 2 back, the integration removed the element of human error. Unfortunately Supernormal has removed this feature which means they are no longer fit for our purpose and we are having to move to a different provider. **What problems is Supernormal solving and how is that benefiting you?** When running online calls, we want it to feel as natural as possible and making notes or typing throughout makes it less natural. It had trouble recognizing the different voices and the summaries were often not on point.
