I'd been looking for something to take the burden of note-taking in meetings off my shoulders for a while, because ultimately, you either pay attention to what's being said or you write things down, but doing both at the same time is impossible. I tried several tools, but most of them add a bot to the call that distracts everyone and makes people feel self-conscious. Radiant interface is very easy to use, so i can manage my work smoothly and keep track of everything. It also makes it simple to follow up on tasks and know what needs to be done next.
