
I like Super Simple Survey for its unmatched simplicity and speed; it does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity. It's incredibly easy to build and send surveys in minutes, with no training or technical skills required for our team. The interface is clean and intuitive, both for us creating surveys and for our clients and employees responding. It delivers fast, actionable feedback without overwhelming us with complicated analytics or features we won’t use. The reporting and analytics are fairly basic—we can’t do advanced filtering, cross-segment analysis, or custom dashboarding to compare feedback across different client types or regions in depth. It lacks native integrations with our CRM and inventory tools, so we have to manually export and transfer survey data instead of having it sync automatically.
