Super Simple Survey provides lots of options from multiple question types to including images in the survey. I like the various styling options that in turn helps in providing effective and insightful feedback. Super Simple Survey has lot of useful features for creating both professional and causal surveys. Simple Survey has multiple option to send surveys either using bulk email tool, or simply sharing or embedding it. **What do you dislike about Super Simple Survey?** It would be nice to see more features in the free trial as well. Also the free version has a limit on the number of surveys. The cost of the paid version is slightly expensive. **What problems is Super Simple Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Super Simple Survey I am able to create highly customized surveys in the exact way I want it. Super Simple Survey is easy to use on the other end where people take the surveys. Thanks to Super Simple Survey, I am now able to gain accurate and real insight's from my collaborators. Super Simple Survey is a nice tool to collect response from a large groups and the program lets me store and organize all those survey results easily. ### 26. I like the survey editor a lot: Somehow they managed to list all the numerous options here. You can embed your survey as a badge or a widget, send a direct link through an email or publish it on Twitter and Facebook. They surveys look beautiful too (I loved it that you can use a high-quality background images). The reporting looks very detailed too: You can export all the results in an Excel spreadsheet. **What do you dislike about Super Simple Survey?** I've been using online surveys for ages and I never had to upgrade (at least for my personal use). This one looks a bit too expensive and the free plan looks too limited. I am not sure if I want to pay that much. If you market your product as "Super Simple", you'd think you'd want to target users with lower budgets... **Recommendations to others considering Super Simple Survey:** I was using the free trial plan and that's what I'd suggest other users do as well. It could turn out to be a cool tool for your needs: You'll never know until you try and it's very easy to register a free account. You can use a 2-click Facebook auth to register. **What problems is Super Simple Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** While I loved the user experience, I wasn't clear as to why I would want to switch from my current survey software. I think they need to be doing a better job at making it clear how they are different. I'd sign up if I weren't currently using any alternative, but since I am, I need to be convinced better. You need good reasons to switch from something that does what you need for (almost) free, keeps all your archives and has a familiar interface. ### 27. Security is a huge concern when it comes to storing user data, but Super Simple Survey has complete data encryption feature to overcome this concern. **What do you dislike about Super Simple Survey?** Super Simple Survey is a new survey tool, on the other hand it is more expensive than other well-known survery tools like Survey Monkey. It has more functionality than other similar software and it is more simple to use, but pricing might be an issue. Also free accounts should provide more limits. 50 responses per survey is not enough to understand the power of detailed reports. **Recommendations to others considering Super Simple Survey:** Super Simple Survery is an advanced survey tool with lots of functionalities and academic support from Thomson Reuters. Don't forget to compare other similar software and check especially number of permitted responses included in the package you are planning to use. **What problems is Super Simple Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using surveys often to understand user opinions and needs bothin my research projects and for my company.
