We've worked with around 5 different lead generation providers over the past few years and what stood out to us was the conviction behind their recommended strategy and the ability to actually deliver the forecasted results. Across 3 campaigns we experienced 20-30x the number of positive replies in comparison to previous campaigns with other lead generation partners - and a lot cheaper. It was very competitively priced. Across multiple campaigns we saw positive replies coming through in a matter of days, not months. The leads were all relevant and it was surprising that we had so many positive replies considering they were only sending a few hundred emails per month. In comparison, other providers would have sent thousands and still get fewer results (if any). It was also nice to know that as a specialist provider, we weren't rapidly burning through our entire market - potentially destroying relationships before they had even started. The messaging was very good, and grounded in deep, accurate research. Aside from a few onboarding niggles, (far fewer than with other lead gen teams), the setup was very easy, very fast and didn't require me to spend ages triple checking or adjusting everything. If you're looking for a good, honest team that deliver what they promise, give SuperBenji a try. **What do you dislike about Super Benji?** With our first campaign, some of the onboarding processes could have been smoother, but since they rolled out the new system, which our latest two campaigns benefitted from, I can say with confidence that onboarding is now a great experience. **What problems is Super Benji solving and how is that benefiting you?** SuperBenji makes it possible to easily expand your network and engage prospects in a way that doesn't damage trust or reputation. ### 2. SuperBenji has learnt about our brand well, my tone of voice and I'm really comfortable with him acting on my behalf. It blows my mind sometimes, but it's very impressive. We used SuperBenji to get new clients. Even though I understand the power of GenAI, I was surprised and impressed by the personalisation and quality of the cold messages generated. In fact, I had one contact who replied that he was already using a competitor; however, because of the thoughtfulness of my outreach, he was happy to have a chat. SuperBenji is that good. Once I had my email list, the process of getting the emails generated and sent was easy. I have full visibility of every email sent and reaction received. We had weekly customer support calls to monitor and tweak our campaign. **What do you dislike about Super Benji?** The application of GenAI is expanding rapidly. Once one step is automated, somewhere else becomes a bottleneck. SuperBenji is excellent at what it does, but it just one step in the process. While working with SuperBenji they did release new, valuable features. For example, when a contact did reply positively, they started sending me a briefing pack to make it easy to get on that first call. This technology is so transformative that the entire process needs to be revisit. **What problems is Super Benji solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is new to an established market, bringing disruptive technology. Our target market is small and largely happy with their existing suppliers. So, the problem is making them aware of use. Personalised email outreach has been the most effective way of starting the engagement process. ### 4.
