Having used the platform for substance abuse and mental health management, this reviewer appreciates the centralized database that combines CRM, EMR, and billing functionality. They would like to see an integration for G/L accounting or QuickBooks.

I use Sunwave for documentation at work. It gives consistency for clients and behaviors. I like that all staff can participate and document, and that everything is by date. I value the overall view and the details inside. Setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have two separate groups. If I click on a client, it resets and lists all the clients. I wish there was a way to keep it separated in different tabs instead of scrolling through all the clients to find who I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the tabs do not communicate, reports are very poorly built. I do not have way to enter incident reports outside of patient chart. Our processes require us to go to several different tabs to complete admission or any type of documentation, the information does not flow easily into the next section. I use Sunwave to access my leads. Under Opportunities, I can go to Leads, work through my call list, and keep track of notes on prior contacts and information I need to bring up with clients.
