We had to set up a complete lead generation and Nurturing lead program using multiple channels - emails, Social Media, webinars. We did not have adequate resources to manage our Act-On Automation platform. **What do you like best about Success Stars?** The team is very knowledgeable. They are experts of Act-On Marketing Platform. They helped us redefine our strategy and helped set up complete integration with our Salesforce CRM. Provided training and handholding to our new hires in the team for Email Marketing Campaign creation and best practices, Landing pages & building integrations with Social Media channels & Zoom webinars. **What do you dislike about Success Stars?** I don't see any downsides to working with Success Stars. They are a very dedicated bunch of people. We had a CSM/Project lead assigned to us, who oversaw all the deliverables. He was available whenever we needed him and coordinated with Act-On Technical support and our Salesfortce admin and Oktopost support team to help us build the complete automation lifecycle. **What problems is Success Stars solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to build a multi-channel Marketing Strategy for Web, Email, SMS, Social Media & Webinars put together within a single dashboard and integrate with our current stack - Salesforce & our company website. Because Success Stars has excellent experience in Act-On and building omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics, they helped us change our ways of doing marketing campaigns. Also, they helped us run our campaigns at a very reasonable compared to the few other Marketing automation consultants we evaluated. ### 2.
