I have yet to dislike anything about Styx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really helpful team who are proactive in sharing information in the platform, provide bi-weekly reviews of new findings and explain them in great detail. It feels like they really value your feedback and they are making a lot of positive changes to the platform. It feels like it's constantly growing and evolving with every passing month and becoming more and more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few issues and bugs on the platform which have caused scores to be inaccurate, some findings staying around even if they've been resolved, etc. You do get the sense that this is a new product being created by a small-ish development team, however the benefit of that is also that the team is very responsive and fixes these issues quickly (so it's not all bad, just something observered).
