Then if you get things wrong, you only have your assumptions to blame. The features are really nice. PRO NOTE: IF YOU STILL ARE USING IT, CHAT GTP CAN GUIDE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING! This is critical as the help documentation page is dead, and has been for years. I really hope this software stays live, its so great to use. **What do you dislike about Sturppy?** The help documentation page is dead, and has been for years. There is also no email or chat support as of this writing. **What problems is Sturppy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unstarting complex business scenarios based on future opportunities. It lets you model out all sorts of cost analysis in real time. Need to make a change? no problem ### 2. Bad idea. **What do you dislike about Sturppy?** I used it for two days and realized it was not what I needed. I sent an email requesting a refund and never heard back. I have since sent an additional 4 email and still no response. **What problems is Sturppy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer support has never responded for my request for a refund ### 3. First time I thought creating a finacial model was actually a little bit fun. **What do you dislike about Sturppy?** There is zero support. Submitted a ticked, didn't get back to me in 2 months, despite repeated prods. Went back to check today and they've pulled their ticketing system off the site completely. Tried to go to their help site, it's down as well. **What problems is Sturppy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's trying to make finacial modeling less complex, but it's not benefiting me in any way as there is no support. ### 4. You don't need to have a Master of Business Administration to understand how this works. Their short and precise tutorials are remarkable. I already learned a lot just from these tutorials! Overall, it is the first time I like getting back to my financial planning. Very solid product and super friendly hand helpful team. Wholeheartedly recommended! **What do you dislike about Sturppy?** There's nothing I dislike. I hope to see the German language in the future (not for the videos, but for the interface it would be great). And I liked the live feature, which they stopped supporting. I would have liked to work with it. **Recommendations to others considering Sturppy:** Ask support if you need help! They are suuuper responsive! :) **What problems is Sturppy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me with my own business in regards to financial planning (the only tool I use), and I started supporting colleagues of mine with fewer financial knowledge. ### 5. Within an hour, I had built out a financial model for my business and had a shareable link to business financials. **What do you dislike about Sturppy?** Sometimes a few too many clicks to input data, but they have done a brilliant job to collect everything essential to build powerful projections/datasets. **Recommendations to others considering Sturppy:** If you're trying to validate a financial model behind your startup, I'd strongly recommend Sturppy. **What problems is Sturppy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revenue projections, break-even projections, acquisition channel breakdowns have been the most meaningful uses for me.
