  ### 1. Customer tracking without leaving Gmail

**What do you like best about Streak?**

We are two people in Madrid doing web development and consulting, and my day is basically having Gmail open for 8 hours. We used to manage leads in Trello + a spreadsheet that we updated "when we remembered," which was almost never. We tried Streak a bit out of desperation.
What hooked me is the obvious: it lives inside Gmail. You don't have to open another tab or paste the email context somewhere else; it's the same screen you're already on. For me, that has been the difference between having a CRM and not having one.
We have three pipelines: sales, ongoing projects, and support. Dragging an email to a stage takes half a second, and that half a second matters when you're the one who has to keep the system alive. I use email tracking daily; knowing that the client opened the proposal three times on Tuesday tells me much more than asking "did you receive it?" The snippets too, I use them for initial presentations and those kinds of things you write 40 times a month.
The integration with Google Workspace works without having to touch anything weird. Exporting to Sheets has saved us for custom analysis when native reports weren't enough. The AI "magic columns" automatically extract data from the email (amounts, dates, contacts) and put them in the pipeline without copying and pasting, that's useful.
Performance is almost always good. When the pipelines have hundreds of boxes, Gmail takes a bit longer to load when opening it. It doesn't block, but you notice it.
The Pro plan seems fair compared to HubSpot or Salesforce, which for us would be overkill. The free version allows you to truly try it before paying, which is appreciated. We did the onboarding ourselves in an afternoon, without a call with anyone from Customer Success.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

The fact that it's only a Chrome extension is what limits us the most. If you open Streak from your mobile or another browser, you basically don't have a CRM. The mobile app exists but is quite limited compared to the desktop version, and you notice that when you're out and need to check something quickly.
The integrations also fall short for us. It works great with Google Workspace, but outside of that, you have to rely on Zapier for almost everything, and that's more things to maintain. When the pipeline grows, it's not exactly fast either: you notice some slowness when opening Gmail if you have many boxes, it doesn't block but you wait a couple of extra seconds.
The reports are basic, for serious analysis we end up exporting to Sheets. And the higher plans take quite a big price jump, you think twice before upgrading. For us, none of this is a dealbreaker, but it's good to know if you're coming from a more complete CRM.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we had emails in Gmail, the project status in another tool, and business data in a spreadsheet, and nothing ever matched up. We lost leads simply because we forgot to follow up, which is quite frustrating when you're so small and every client counts. Now each client or deal is a box within Gmail with their associated emails, and we can see in one view where it stands and what remains pending.
Email tracking has significantly changed our follow-up process. Knowing when a client opens a proposal changes the way you move: instead of sending a "how's it going" blindly, you write when you know they're looking. Less time chasing cold leads and more focus on those who are truly interested.
Snippets also save us a lot. We reuse frequent responses (introduction, terms, calendar links) and just that alone saves us several hours a week that we used to spend writing the same thing twenty times.
In the end, what we gain is real visibility of the business status without leaving the email, which for a small company with many clients in parallel is just what you need.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I like the ease of use with Streak, especially the fact that there's a plugin right in my inbox. It's just way too easy to use, making it a no-brainer for me to throw things into where they need to go quickly. The integration is the most helpful thing.

I don't like the pull. It sometimes makes my Gmail account lag, just the pure presence of it. I think it's analyzing behind the scenes, so sometimes I've actually disabled it, to be completely honest, when I knew that I wasn't going to be using it.

I use Streak for Gmail to easily add CRM notes and contacts, helping me stay organized. It's been a huge benefit with its ease of use and inbox integration, making it simple to keep my team informed and manage tasks.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I have been using streak for a long time now and it has made email tracking very easy for us. With the way it gets intergrated with Gmail it helps us track and view all emails sent to Clients and candidates. In this way we get to know when the email has been viewed and not and accordingly plan the next step. We have been using streak daily. Whenever faced any issue, the support team has always been very helpful. The implementation was really quick and easy.

Nothing as of now. I really enjoy using streak and it is very helpful.

Streak helps us track all emails and with that we know when are emails are viewed and not and accordingly we know if we have to top it up or using a different method to reach out to clients.

I have been using streak since a long time for my daily work purpose. It helps alot in email tracking as it gets connected to my gmail so it gets very easy for us to track all the emails shared to clients and for the HR team to check their email to candidates. We use streak everyday as it clubbed to gmail. Whenever we have faced any issue, the support team has been ver helpful. The implementation was very smooth.

Streak + Gmail is really powerful. First I love that I can easily connect it with my Gmail. Nothing fancy, just setup and you're good to go. 

My favorite is the 'Email tracking' where it informs me real time, what email was viewed or opened, how much time the client stayed on the email and if or when links are clicked. These are important information real time.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

A lot of it's features are still not a ready to go template, but I need to set it up almost manually. For example, the Pipelines are ready as a template but to optimize it's use, there are still few steps to take, to upload or add etc. And not just 1 click or 'next' button.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking my emails in real-time allowing me to have actual status of emails, proposal sent. And making me responsive to my customers and clients. Then organizing it to have a faster access to my clients journey, their organization and contact is a second benefit.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

It lives where we live, in Gmail. The project stages are an easy and effective project or status tracking device. Install and setup was a breeze and Streak has made our small retail team way more efficient. We use it to track local delivery orders. We've integrated it with Shopify and Google Calendar using Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

Not much to dislike. To nit-pick, we have five to seven people who have access to one email account. Works great for us as long as we all initial our work. We'd consider dividing up duties for easier accountability and performance tracking, but that would require individual accounts and that would multiply our cost times the number of users.

We also wish the contact management had ways to directly manipulate contacts like a contact manager typically does so we could more easily repurpose that data for use elsewhere and to check for accuracy against other systems that we can't integrate. But again for the low cost, we don't mind.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made our order processing visible and accessible to a team rather than an individual. The primary benefit for us is that anyone can pickup where anyone else left off until an order is complete. Another big benefit is it allows partial completion without losing our place and losing time reorienting midstream. It's easy to learn, so when we're busy we can add people and get almost a 1 to 1 increase in output because after minimal training, new folks are not relying on experienced ones to walk them through, they can just go.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

The biggest differentiator is the direct email integration - it allows me to ensure I dont drop any thread and that any thread in continuation on my team I don't lose out on any emails the people might've forgotten to mark me on. The email enrichment feature is also amazing when fishing for emails and adding contacts as it allows me to maintain a contact repository geographically

sometimes it gets buggy but im not sure if that's streak or chrome (threads added to pipeline don't get added or contacts added show as "no name")

Ease of use. Easy to set up. Customer support is always available to guide you and we use daily at my company for all projects.

The reporting system should be updated, it's very basic reporting and does not have enough options or read outs for the data.

Streak puts all of our projects into one easily manageable space and you can see what everyone has been working on. Full transparency which is really great when working remotely.

Integration with Birdeye has been very helpful since we integrated it with Streak. There is no direct integration but we found a way by using Zapier. We're getting the reviews automatically. Streak's support and API documentation has been a life-saver.

Integrating Birdeye and Streak is not a direct integration, we used Zapier, but the integration process was smooth. We were able to achieve the result that we wanted.

The integration is a bit tricky and needed third-party software. But there are native integrations too.

There are apps we can't integrate directly. But that's fine, if you know API's you can still integrate it to your website for example.

It is very easy to use and familiarize yourself with. It also makes traking and following up with prospects and contacts very very easy, even across teams. I use it every single day and could not imagine being as rpoductive as I am without it. Integration is to your daily activities is very easy and it takes close to no time to learne and implement.

The gmail interface is not the pretiest, but I'm really scratching the bottom of the barrel here. Its just a great tool to have in your arsenal.

I love the fact that Streak is completely built in to the Gmail Platform. The fact that I do not have to use labels, and it tracks all of the relevant emails for me. I love the note taking aspect, and being able to see all of the CRM information directly in gmail without having to leave the app. It was very easy to connect the accoun to my gmail, and I was using it on a daily basis to organise my emails

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

It has limitations when it comes to email marketing and other core CRM functions. I think that the Mail Merge feature could be better and I have had issues with the Unsubscribe option.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

It enables efficient organization of processes through emails, with the added benefit of setting up notifications to ensure no task or follow-up is missed. Overall, it is an excellent tool.
Additionally, it offers the option to export information to Drive.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

the limitation of working as a team is payment, and in argentina the costs generated by taxes are high, although it is an external issue to the creators, it would not be bad to consider options of cheaper subscriptions, combos or packages for users, instead of subscriptions for each one.

It makes it easy for me to track the selection processes associated with the emails, so I don't miss anything, and I can generate regular reports for the clients,

There's so much to like. it's simple to use, part of gmail, and has awesome tech support.

there's a few things I wish I had the option of doing such as better handling of phone extentions. But all the major stuff is good.

I'm using Streak as a CRM. It helps me b/c I can stay in Gmail instead of having to pop back and forth between gmail and a CRM. Also, I can make calls via streak (gmail) ,  and I can do email drips (streak calls it mailmerge). So this is helping me save time.

I love how I can add a box within an email to the streak I want. Makes it so easy.

When I add a contact to Streak, I wish it added it to my Google Contacts. I find I have to add it to my Google contacts from my gmail and add it as a contact in Streak which is kinda annoying.

I love how easy it is to set up and how in depth the tutorials are. The customer support is top notch and they respond quickly whenever I have a question. It was easy to set up and integrate, and is easy to add bulk info to which I appreciate since I use Streak every single day. Love how customizable it is and that I can create different pipelines for different products I offer.

you can create a data in a very easy way using your emails and it automatically put an indication base your choices created using Streak, yu can also share it to your team mates and can uise multiple times wiht no issue.

No indication on what specific date you do follow up, It would been better if once we have the data date will automatically included.

once you use streak and add the data your emai l will have an indication about the status of the email you've sent, wether it's for follow up, sales etc. proper tracking of the lead data and have an access to the status of your email, you will also know if your email has been viewed or not.

I use this tool in my organization in Gmail. I have connected Streak with Gmail. So, I check who has seen my email and at what time. This is the best feature.

When someone sees the email, it shows me the view time and how many people have seen it, but sometimes the eye icon color does not change.

I am user of Streak since last few years. Easy integration with Gmail is most like features of Streak. Get link and share it with other is most useful thing, when I need to share whole conversation with other person. It helps me to create and use various email templates for different purpose.

Honestly, nothing is disliking about this Streak CRM. But One thing I notices, which is some time it requires many refreshes as get disconnected from Gmail.

Easy to configure email tracking tool which is currently available in the market. It saves my lots of time in  managing email templates. It also helps me to track, does my emails are viewed by my clients. And obvious it gives so much thing in free version too.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I love creating a pipeline for my sales, and its easy to create snippets to pre-populate email templates for different types of leads, and leads in different stages.  Streak literally saves me 2-3 hours a week and it's integration right into Gmail makes it very easy to use.  I also like the ability to export my pipeline so I can run analyses on my performance.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

There are some limitations with the data visualization for the pipeline, and I find I have to export it to Excel to really do heavy lifting on crunching the information.  But that's a small inconvenience compared to everything I gain from using it.

Identifying where leads are in my sales pipeline at any time, and being able to send mail merges specific to each stage

**What do you like best about Streak?**

My favorite thing about Streak is that it integrates directly with my Gmail so I don't need to keep switching between my CRM and email app! it's easy to install and has really simplified my networking and contact management by orders of magnitude.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

The one thing that's bothersome is that sometimes Streak loads only partially (or not at all) when I launch Gmail. I refresh the page and then it loads, but I'd rather not have to deal with that.

- The free version also comes with a lot of features
- They track your emails properly

- Nothing, I honestly quite liked their software. I found it quite easy to use and definitely worth investing in.

- Steak has pipelines which helped me track the status of my emails and move in into different buckets (such as follow up/send quote), while cold emailing multiple potential clients. I usually send mails to multiple people for two three different businesses and I could keep a track and sort these out through streak. They also let me know when the mails were read so I knew what my next step could be.

I am user of Streak since last 15 plus months. It helps me to manage my emails. Collaboration is easy with Streak. I am able to share emails with my team by using share boxes.

Not having good experience in mobile with comparing desktop. Android app should have more features as desktop.

It's pretty hard to manage lots of email sending from different company. Not to mention lots of them forgot to include the client code for us identify the customer. It becomes really convenient with streak for categorizing automatically.
Also it's hard to track the email flow. with streak, it becomes more effiecient.

I started using streak about a year ago, I use the free plan and I find it useful to have a record of people reading my emails. With this tool I can be sure people read and open my emails and with this info I can have better control in my communication

I would like it to be easier to understand all the features so I can get the most out of this tool. I'm only using the basic features. Besides that everything is ok for me so far.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

What I like the most is that it is a light tool, which allows fluidity and ease in everything, it is really intuitive, I love that it links perfectly with my gmail and I can work from there, it has powerful tools such as creation or administration of tasks, teamwork, it allows me to create templates, in addition to offering me a powerful and direct communication with my clients and potential clients, I like that it is a simple application and very easy to understand, it is efficient to organize emails and tasks, which I like the most is its integration with my Gmail.

It is a very friendly application, I have no negative things to say about the software.

It is fully customizable and easy to configure, it is one of its best benefits, it is very useful because it has a reminder and notification system, it also has automated functions such as the automatic response of emails or mass emails, it is very easy to work as a team I love that you can share attachments quickly and securely, it's easy to create clients and also classify them, in addition to being able to effectively follow up on each contact, I love that I can know when a client has read the email I sent them , integrates well with various apps like Asana or Slack (among others).

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I've been using Streak for a while now, I like the email tracking the most which gives notifications on when and how many times clients opened my emails. Also since I use Pipedrive as well it's very easy to integrate to manage my sales pipeline. The best part is I can create different boxes like Lead or Demo or Contactd which shows all the reports in one place.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

At times it happens that when I send an email to the client it doesn't land in their inbox but in spam due to streak extension, not sure why but if you can help with this it would be great.

Also if there could be an auto email feature when someone opens my email that would be amazing.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Streak mainly as CRM and email marketing tool. It allows me to track and manage all my emails in one place and show the open rate or click rate with real-time notifications. It also integrates with Pipedrive which makes it really helpful to manage all my sales leads and contacts and I can create different categories like contacted or lead or demo which gives a clear picture of my activities.

I use streak almost daily and it works perfectly with gmail. The ability to organise and track emails through the steps of a pipeline from within gmail. Setting up a pipeline takes little knowledge and using the system keeps my clients on track.

It used to have some loading issues but I'm pretty sure that has been resolved. I haven't had any issues in quite some time.
