There is no window share. the short cut should float to all the windows as one has to keep on flipping from one window to other to pause the video. sometimes the pause simply stops the video and saves it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoryXpress?

I really like the ability to record your screen, face and audio. Great for communicating with your teammates or just for personal use. You can create videos and edit them. You can have the ability to have a video landing page with a CTA and have the ability to check the video's analytics. It can be used for sales as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryXpress?

It's a solid tool and it's developing but it can be buggy at times when you're trying to record videos. Videos can be lost. Quality of sound can be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very important tool for our business"

What do you like best about StoryXpress?

It´s a very powerful tool that we a starting to use for our support and customer onboarding. We created a faq site and now we record everything and embed the videos. It´s the cheapest and easiest way to give customers an excellent support.

In the beginning we had some questions and the support covered everything in a really short time.

Now we are starting to use StoryExpress for our marketing and personal messages for estimates. Absolutely great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryXpress?

The only thing we need is a higher resolution. 720p isn´t enough. But as i heard, it will come soon! With 1080p this will be a no brainer at all. And we need an app very badly. To be able to send message via phone is very important to us. And we need the possibility to be able to track visitors with a pixel on landingpages. And very important: It doesn´t record outside the frame. Sometimes i will show a message and paste it in the recording frame. But it is not visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better client reviews, less direct support ( a ticket with a link to a video is often all the client needs), a new way of communicating with prospects. Quick way to be able to send personal messages to colleagues and clients.

I like how all the essential features related to video recording and marketing are present in one place. I can record, edit, and share without any hassle. The UI is quite self-explanatory as well. What do you like best about StoryXpress?

I love the customization of the video pages. It makes it a thrill to create customer support videos on the fly, brand it to your company while having a call to action in the video. It is amazing! What do you dislike about StoryXpress?

The only thing I dislike is not being able to fully hide some of the tools in the video and having it record the start and stop of the video. These show up in the video which is not a huge deal, but would like it if I could access tools off screen to start and stop the video without that being recorded. Recommendations to others considering StoryXpress:

Thy sky is the limit with this software. It is a lot like Loom but with more features and ways to brand yourself or multiple brands. It can be used for sales, support, development, there is nothing it cannot be used for. It is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StoryXpress solving and how is that benefiting you?

The solves customer support problems, and impresses the clients that you created a 1 minute video for them to show them how to do something. Heck yeah! It was quicker to do that than take a phone call in the first place.

It is a great sales piece as well. I can highlight a feature my software has send it to a prospect using a competitor software and have the call to action so they can book a demo with me at the end of the short video.

It is great for showing the development team an issue that may come up. There are multiple problems that I am sure I have that can be solved with StoryExpress! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoryXpress?

The feature that I can see how much a user has seen the video. Till what extent. If user is seeing my video for 2 seconds and rejecting it should not be counted as a view. This is indeed very very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
