The UX couldn't get any better. Drag and drop components to build out an email from scratch, or use a pre-built template and customize to your specific needs! Also, the StoryPorts team are some of the nicest people you will ever work with. If you have any questions on platform functionality or how to work more efficiently, Josh and his team are always there to help. **What do you dislike about StoryPorts?** There is not much I dislike about StoryPorts. The only thing I can think of is sometimes, the preview of the email you have created does not directly reflect how it looks in edit mode. **What problems is StoryPorts solving and how is that benefiting you?** StoryPorts allowed my team to create and collaborate on emails in real-time. I can be tagged on an email to approve content, alerting my team to send the email. We use StoryPorts for both internal and external communications. Emails can be sent directly from StoryPorts via the Pardot integration, or an email can be published and the HTML can be exported and sent through our email server (Outlook). ### 2. The ability to easily clip and link content from social and web tremendously increases efficiency. **What do you dislike about StoryPorts?** While StoryPorts has Salesforce CRM, which is arguably the most common off-the-shelf system, a wider variety would be great.
