"One stop solution to drive all your BETA feedbacks for any product in field."
What do you like best about Stomio?

It facilitates gathering customer feedback during any beta trial in the field and simplifies the process of creating new tasks for your customers, allowing you to seek feedback and respond interactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stomio?

If it can allow more integration with products like uservoice etc then it can help further for customer feecback management, otherwise all other features looks good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stomio has made running a Beta easier"
What do you like best about Stomio?

Stomio has assisted our engineers in achieving the following:

1. Developing a targeted beta experience.

2. Evaluating user-friendly process flows.

3. Delivering information in digestible segments, avoiding user overwhelm.

4. Collecting both quantitative and qualitative feedback on identified issues.

5. Enhancing communication and overall management of the beta phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stomio?

There are are improvements that are needed, but Stomio is coming along with its updates and integrations. Don't have any major gripes that I've heard from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic and user/administrator friendly experience to help drive better insights"
What do you like best about Stomio?

I have used Stomio as both a Manager/Administrator and as a Tester/User. I will start off with the experience as a manager as this is probably the most impactful from a data analysis perspective.

The ease of use to start cultivating a workflow to gather what works and what could be improved while in the beta phase of development is a lot faster cycle. Instead of having to poke and bother all of your participants and automate away some of the mundane, you are now piloting or managing an experience. The advant of a platform, which works with you to coordinate what test you would like people to run in a single iteration, but create the ability to see who is participating and providing useful insights is incredibly valuable. The ability to review results and either flag for future quotes or follow up with a user about a specific comment is radically different than hoping people sharing this feedback as the beta progresses.

From a tester's perspective, I do like this experience signficantly more than the other options, which have been tried through other companies public/private betas that I participated in providing feedback. A beta which is properly crafted does give you small enough chunks that lets make progress, but also make sure you are directed in one's feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stomio?

I maybe unique in this regard. I do like to have a mobile app experience (native or a PWA), which gives as much of the same controls and experience as if one was working on a computer. I do agree there are times when someone will need to use a computer to explore further, but beta manager are not always 'in the office'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fixing a gap in the market where beta programs are usually bumpy. An easy to use interface that makes going through steps during a beta phase easy and helpful for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stomio?

Nothing to note. It's like the Apple of Beta programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stomio?
