## About StickyRetro
StickyRetro is a lightweight, real-time retrospective board for agile teams. It's built around one idea: running a retro should take seconds to set up, not minutes. Click "Create a board" and you get a shareable link. Your team opens the link and joins immediately — no account creation, no email invitations, no workspace setup. Participants start adding sticky notes, voting, and organizing ideas the moment they arrive. The tool covers the full retrospective workflow: real-time sticky note collaboration, drag-and-drop organization, dot voting to surface priorities, and a dedicated action items column to capture decisions. 10 built-in templates include Start/Stop/Continue, 4Ls, Mad/Sad/Glad, Sailboat, DAKI, KPT, 5 Whys, and more. Custom templates are available on higher plans. StickyRetro uses per-facilitator pricing — only the person running the retro pays. A team of 12 doesn't pay 12x. The free plan includes 10 boards with a 7-day lifetime, enough to run regular retros and capture action items before the board expires. Pro plans start at $19/month per facilitator and include private boards, board history with no expiration, and team management. Pro+ at $49/month adds unlimited teams, custom templates, and PDF/Excel export. StickyRetro is used by Scrum Masters, engineering managers, and team leads who run retrospectives regularly and want a tool that gets out of the way. It works for co-located, remote, and async teams.
