I usually use Stellar to redeem gift cards for Disney, and it's awesome for receiving merit bonuses that I can treat myself with instead of getting cash. I really like that it's easy to use and has a lot of gift card options. The initial setup was also very easy since the company created the account for me.

The only thing I would change is gift card amounts for various vendors.

I use Stellar to redeem gift cards for Disney, providing a fun alternative to cash bonuses.

This tool empowers our influencer marketing team to anticipate performance and ROI—an essential but uncommon feature in today’s market. In the competitive luxury industry, it’s crucial for us to gain a comprehensive understanding of our leading influencers—their influence on our brand, key performance indicators like engagement and lead generation, and the overall return on investment. Stellar’s insights and rankings have enabled us to refine and enhance our campaigns with certainty. We also appreciate the Social Listening and Competitor Benchmarking tools, which give us a clear view of brand and industry conversations and help us assess our competitors’ influencer partnerships and content approaches.

The Project module could be more advanced. We’d like to see an option for creating visually appealing websites, like microsites, designed specifically for the influencers we collaborate with.

Stellar is a great platform for connecting with content creators. It’s easy to find creators and review their profiles to see if they’re a good fit. The platform also makes it simple to create clear reports for your campaigns. Stellar helps make the whole process quick and straightforward.

Sometimes I need something right away, but then it takes longer to receive a report, for example. That could be improved.

It gives insight into what press trips and influencer trips deliver in terms of promoting our brand. Also in figures.

**What do you like best about Stellar?**

The Stellar platform offers an impressive number of features while remaining surprisingly easy to use. The broad range of functionalities covers everything from influencer discovery to campaign analytics, yet the interface stays clean and intuitive. Their integration with major social platforms makes content tracking effortless, and the automated performance tracking saves us hours of manual work. Implementation was quick and straightforward (we got the hang of the platform in just a day thanks to the onboarding process), and their customer support team has been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed guidance. We use Stellar daily, and it's become an essential part of our marketing stack.

**What do you dislike about Stellar?**

While the platform is great at large-scale campaign management, the CRM features could be expanded to provide more options for influencers management. This isn't a deal-breaker though, as the core functionality more than makes up for it.

**What problems is Stellar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like many marketeers will say, we were struggling with spreadsheets and different tools to manage our campaigns. Stellar has simplified everything by bringing all essential features into one platform. Now we spend way less time on reporting, can quickly find the right influencers for our campaigns, and have solid data to show our campaign results. The content tracking is automatic (which saves us from constant screenshot-taking), and we can see campaign performance in real-time. Having everything in one place has also made team collaboration much smoother - no more digging through emails or sheets to find influencer information or campaign status. It's just made our whole influencer marketing process much more efficient.
