When something drops, we get notified straight away through our integrations, which means we’re reacting fast rather than finding out after customers do. I originally came for uptime monitoring, but I’ve ended up using a lot more features. The page speed checks are genuinely useful, even if my site is “up” it can still feel broken if it’s slow, and the latency alerts have helped us spot that before it turns into a bigger issue. The SSL and domain expiry reminders are also a big deal for peace of mind (it’s easy for those dates to creep up on you when you’re busy). We also like the dashboards for a live overview in the office, and being able to add different team members so it’s not all sitting with one person. It lets you know when a website goes down and has several options for what would cause the site to be listed as down and many locations from where you can check your websites, so you can verify it is not just a regional outage. **What do you dislike about StatusCake.com?** The UI is a bit dated, but the reason I switched uptime providers was for faster notification of a website going down and also more options of what could be monitored. While StatusCake will monitor the website uptime and do it well, there are only a few other things that they can monitor. There isn't any great options to make batch changes to your uptime pickers.
