Get a continuous, clear understanding of accomplishments, intentions, and blockers across your entire organization so you can be a better leader. Status Hero works with project management tools like GitHub, Jira, and Asana, and messaging tools like email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to compile your team’s activity and check-ins into a single report you can review and share. Help your team regain focus by getting continuous clarity on accomplishments, intentions, and blockers across workflows. Here's how it works: 1) Team members respond to a brief, once-daily check-in. These are customizable by time zone and can be sent by email, Slack, or other tools. 2) Activity from project management tools like GitHub, Jira, Trello, and Asana (among others) is automatically added to the check-ins. 3) Everyone gets a report with team-wide check-ins, goals, activities, and requests for help. Check out if anybody has any blockers, how's their mood for that day and if there were any changes from what was planned out the day before. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** It's not so apparent if there were changes from what was planned the day before (I usually add the new stuff in bold and cross out the things I didn't do). Also, crossing out, bolding, etc., isn't very user-friendly. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get to see what each developer is up to every day. It helps a lot when doing stand-ups since you already know what the topic will be, and it lets the developer get straight into the details ### 2. I use this tool, along with daily morning meetings, to help set goals for the day/week and to help unblock teams. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** It's challenging to get granular with it without feeling overwhelmed with information. The summary dashboard is OK, but my general use is simply a day-to-day evaluation of people's work capacity. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, I go back to StatusHero to see how folks feel about their workday and their work log in general. Status Hero gives a personal assessment of how the staff is 'feeling.' However, I'd suggest implementing some business rules to ensure people are reporting effectively and consistently. ### 3. In my work, I communicate with multiple virtual teams globally (more than 50 people at a time), so having the option to verify how active they are was pretty useful. On paper it sounded great! **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** In reality, it wasn't so easy to apply it. People were not incentivized enough to use it and it became messy with just few people using it as it should be done. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team activity and communicaiton. Monitoring team members' activity (and slack :)) ### 4. Tracking time and projects performance is easier with Status Hero. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** There are no defaults with Status Hero because all that we need is what this software gives to us. **Recommendations to others considering Status Hero:** I highly recommend this software for easy and fast tasks and projects management. The status of the employee will be tracked instantly and everybody if you like in the team can join and give feedback and notices. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** Not a good upgrade to the automatically report at the end of the week or month. Some often coming works are not possibile to track by it self. **Recommendations to others considering Status Hero:** Make sure every team member uses from the beginning of the work on. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Get a fully tracked work map from inhouse and outside team members. Works properly for feedbacks and notices and also by mobile devices. ### 6. It also sends daily notifications and can be integrated into Slack quite easily. Also, it provides detailed status reports. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** Nothing really, works as advertised, gives detailed reports and helps team collaboration. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** This text is already in English and does not require translation. ### 10. This is helpful for tracking my personal productivity and my team's efforts. **What do you dislike about Status Hero?** I don't like receiving the text messages from Status Hero. I think they can be helpful but I don't personally enjoy them. **What problems is Status Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me assign workflows and schedule meetings with others. I like the integrations with SLack and hipchat, and it just helps me ensure that I'm on top of what I need to be doing. ### 11.
