StatePilot is compliance management software that organizes and tracks IRS and state regulatory notices through a structured workflow. Users upload notices, and the platform's AI extracts key details like issuing agency, deadlines, risk levels, and recommended actions. Draft summaries are generated for human review, ensuring accountability before action is taken. Case files link documents, analyses, decisions, and actions within a single workflow. Company profiles auto-generate compliance tasks based on business structure, locations, and activities. StatePilot tracks federal and state requirements, with rule sets for Delaware, Wyoming, Florida, Texas, and New York. Features include secure document storage, deadline reminders, and an immutable audit history. It monitors tax deadlines, sales tax permits, payroll filings, and license renewals. StatePilot does not prepare tax returns, file documents, process payments, or execute signatures. Human approval is required for AI output.
