StartWise Drafting Reviews & Product Details

StartWise Drafting is an AI-assisted legal document drafting platform that helps businesses create and update legal documents through a structured, guided process. With StartWise, users choose the document they need, answer guided questions about their business and arrangements, and generate a tailored first draft based on their answers. The platform provides a document library covering commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor arrangements, founders' agreements, intellectual property, website terms, privacy policies and other business legal documents, with availability varying by jurisdiction. Features include reusable business profiles, the ability to review answers before document generation, downloadable Word documents and accompanying Drafting Notes highlighting relevant assumptions, considerations and matters requiring attention. StartWise goes beyond static templates by using the information provided to generate tailored first drafts. It also provides a structured alternative to starting with a blank AI prompt. Account registration is free, with drafting credits available for document generation. StartWise Drafting is an automated document preparation service. It does not provide legal advice or automatic lawyer review. Lawyer Review, Legal Consultation and Bespoke Legal Support are available separately where offered by the relevant Entrepreneur Legal business. StartWise Drafting is available to businesses in the UK and US through Entrepreneur Legal UK and Entrepreneur Legal US, respectively. UK customers can access the platform at https://uk.entrep.legal/startwise-uk-access/ and US customers at https://us.entrep.legal/startwise-us-access/
