With StartWise, users choose the document they need, answer guided questions about their business and arrangements, and generate a tailored first draft based on their answers. The platform provides a document library covering commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor arrangements, founders' agreements, intellectual property, website terms, privacy policies and other business legal documents, with availability varying by jurisdiction. Features include reusable business profiles, the ability to review answers before document generation, downloadable Word documents and accompanying Drafting Notes highlighting relevant assumptions, considerations and matters requiring attention. StartWise goes beyond static templates by using the information provided to generate tailored first drafts. It also provides a structured alternative to starting with a blank AI prompt.
