What do you dislike about StarCompliance?

We subscribed to Star Compliance service for three years. Due to business reasons, we needed to cancel our subscription. Despite informing them after receiving our annual invoice on December 2nd, they are insisting we pay for the entire 2025 year because we missed the cancellation deadline of November 1, 2024, as per our agreement.
