"User-Friendly DSP with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I find StackAdapt to be an outstanding demand side platform due to its excellent mix of product features and customer support, which stands out compared to other DSPs. Its self-serve model allowed us to start testing it swiftly, with customer support assisting us throughout the setup process. Setting up StackAdapt was remarkably easy, and the universal pixel feature expedited our access to their DSP. The customer support was unexpectedly proactive and helpful in troubleshooting and answering our questions, enabling us to be fully operational within a week. StackAdapt has resolved previous challenges we faced in accessing inventory sources by consolidating everything with our other systems, including Looker Studio, which is incredibly beneficial. I appreciate StackAdapt's exceptional post-campaign reporting capabilities, particularly the feature for conversion lift studies that help prove the ROI of our marketing campaigns. Building campaigns with StackAdapt is user-friendly and intuitive, despite the complex nature of DSPs. The platform's documentation is thorough and dependable. Additionally, the integration with Looker Studio and LiveRamp enhances our ability to conduct reporting, analytics, and audience connectivity effectively. Overall, StackAdapt offers a streamlined experience that is both simple to understand and provides depth and complexity when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I dislike the requirement to select numerous checkboxes for accessing specific reporting data such as demographics, age ranges, and gender. This step is necessary even if I do not want to use those criteria in my campaign, making it an unnecessary restriction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"StackAdapt Delivers Exceptional Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I use StackAdapt for mobile display and OOH advertising. They are a performance marketing channel that performs very well. I like the reporting tools because they are great and pretty easy to navigate and shape to whatever KPIs we need. I think the team is best in class, and everything about StackAdapt is great, making them one of our top partners. We tested out StackAdapt about 3 years ago, and it has only improved over time. I'm definitely likely to recommend it, giving it a rating of 10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Stackadapt is fantastic, there are no dislikes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"StackAdapt - High CPCs and Underwhelming Performance"
1/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The customer support team was responsive, and account management made a genuine effort to assist us throughout the test. Despite their efforts, the results did not meet expectations, and we ultimately found better efficiency and ROI with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

We tested StackAdapt for one month to compare results with Mountain and Google. During this time, we found that CPCs were consistently 3–4x higher than on other platforms, making it difficult to achieve an efficient return on spend. Overall performance fell short of expectations and significantly underperformed compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really appreciate StackAdapt's comfortable setup compared to other DSPs I've used. The team is amazing, including us in beta testing and updates, which makes my job easier. The reps have been incredible with training us during one-on-ones and office hours, helping me feel like an expert on the platform. Even though it took a bit to get the hang of it at first, I now love the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

My only request for improvement is the option to preview the display creatives when the tags are uploaded to the creative library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful support and robust targeting options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

While we are set up as a self-serve account, we still work with fantastic account managers who are supportive and helpful for any request that we bring to them. We work with very specific targeting parameters for many of our accounts, and StackAdapt is one of, if not the only platform that has been able to meet all of them. The platform itself is user friendly and easy to use, and setup and training were both straightforward. Campaigns can be monitored and updates can be made in real time to optimize performance.

We've also found that StackAdapt drives much better quality traffic to our landing pages. We see more backend engagement and less traffic from junk or MFA sites. StackAdapt is also consistently updating their features and offerings, adding new partnerships and opportunities based on feedback from users.

As a whole, it's a cost-efficient DSP with an extremely helpful support system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

We have found that StackAdapt does have somewhat higher CPM's that some other platforms. However, since there is no retainer associated with using StackAdapt, and the traffic itself is higher quality, we feel that it balances out.

Some of their custom solutions are still in flux, with minimum spend requirements changing, which has made planning a couple of campaigns a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
