  ### 1. Prevent the defragmentation of your SSD

**What do you like best about SSDkeeper?**

SSDkeeper Professional is a tool that uses a unique and patented write optimization engine to improve the overall performance of SSD drives and to prevent unnecessary overwriting, thus prolonging their lifespan. And it does this very well.

If you have an SSD drive, it is very likely that you have heard that it is not advisable to defragment it, because these drives tend to wear out every time they are accessed through writing. Contrary to popular belief, SSD drives also defragment within the operating system itself (without the need to order a specific defragmentation), especially if the Windows System Restore feature is enabled.
This program shows a summary of the repairs and improvements made since the installation date, or within the time interval you choose. The application also provides many details about the overall performance of your SSD: latency in milliseconds, read/write percentage in MB/s... The reports are also displayed in the form of graphs.

**What do you dislike about SSDkeeper?**

As for its functionality, I don't find any problem, but maybe they could improve its interface a bit, which is somewhat "poor"; although it is a purely aesthetic aspect that does not affect its performance.

**Recommendations to others considering SSDkeeper:**

Keeping your SSD in perfect condition, working smoothly and at maximum speed, is very easy with this software; you don't need to be an expert to use it.

**What problems is SSDkeeper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software allows us to extend the lifespan of SSD units. These units are faster, but also much more expensive than conventional hard drives, so by extending their lifespan, we save a lot of money by not needing to replace SSDs as often.
